Humble little beachside resort - it’s not a four star property, but has all the amenities you’d expect from a larger resort. My room was clean and spacious, with cable TV and strong air conditioning. The resort fronts right onto Latchi Beach, and I enjoyed simply walking down the steps to the water. Pool area is comfortable and modern. Breakfast was good - a lot of choices and overall high quality ingredients. For €90, you can’t go wrong with this place. Service was a bit cold, but this might just be a Cyprus thing as I’ve encountered the same at many hotel. Overall, I’d recommend the Souli Beach Resort as it offers quite a bit for a reasonable price.

Great place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean and sits apart from nearby hotels and bars which make its a peaceful place to stay. The breakfast eggs were fresh and the coffee (which I judge all hotel breakfasts by was strong). I'd stay here again!

Lovely family run hotel. Service excellent, food better than expected, great location right on the beach with a nice pool area. 2 good restaurants adjacent (Yialos in particular) and an easy walk into the harbour. Air con in the room. Rooms are spacious and we had a lovely balcony. Great sunset view nightly from the pool and outdoor eating area. Very few kids so great for older couples like us (50's). It's a shame it's effectively a 2.5 star hotel giving 4 star service. A few tweaks would make all the difference. Lobby and reception badly need updating - new furniture and a repaint of all the dated brown wood to cream or white would instantly improve first impressions. Cyprus has water shortage issues but hotel does daily room service and full towel replacement as standard - practically no other hotel does this any more! No notices to ask guests to only replace unused towels or opt for less frequent room service. A few more umbrellas in the grassy area around the pool, and ensuring all umbrella stands have a functioning umbrella would solve the daily shortage. Also they allow people put towels out then disappear leaving beds unavailable. A 1 hour policy could be applied as there was a shortage of beds/umbrellas because of this. My pet hate is a shower-in-a-bath with a curtain - shower curtains should be banned! Shower panels please, or better yet get rid of the baths and have big walk in showers - which would also reduce water wastage.

Nice accomodation right on the waterfront. A bit dated, but value for money.

Right on the beach in Lachi with great views; new clean rooms with AC; good extensive breakfast with room.

Real nice place, great restaurant & open all day. Some prices high for ice cream, but meals ok. Good taste & quantity. Room nice size, everything worked well, very small tv. Nice balcony. Is last hotel in the Latchi , Latsi beach area, so less space to walk due to rocky beach for walking or sitting, but has enough close by. Staff was friendly & helpful. Not as many businesses around since at end of beach, but plenty of food & others 10-20 minute walk. Several cruise boats in marina within this walking time. Souvenir places too. Bus 622 stops right by hotel. Enjoyed stay

Comfy beds. Great seaview. Pool very good. Good breakfast 🍳. Restaurant in hotel excellent food & service and again great sea view. Walking distance to harbour where there are more restaurants. Altogether very relaxing & pleasant stay. Staff in every section of hotel very friendly and helpful

Average breakfast.. Basic room.. Bus stop at door..but walkable to town.. Everything you need there. Mainly English tour group people but everyone friendly.. Excellent restaurant next door..

Everything was wonderful. I've no complaints at all. We arrived just as the season was beginning, so not everything was open, but we enjoyed every moment. We especially appreciated the waiters amazing service and the fancy towels/clothing decor done by housekeeping!! I do recommend a seaview room.

L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer. Le côté mer de l'hôtel est sympathique avec un jardin est une piscine bien entretenue. L'accès direct à la mer est un plus. De l'autre côté l'hotel donne par contre directement sur la route, préférez plutôt une vue mer... Le tenancier n'est pas très souriant mais nous ne lui en avons pas tenu rigueur. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose un menu très abordable autour de 25€...

Great staff in the main except for the blonde waitress in the outside restaurant. Spilt a drink over my friend. Despite asking for a replacement, she didn’t replace the drink she just avoided us for the rest of our stay. The bedrooms are basic but clean. The bathrooms could do with upgrading. The breakfast is minimal but as you would expect for the price. The bar food in the restaurant is good. The best thing is the location of the hotel.

Great location on the beach with great sea views and within walking distance to Latsi centre. Would recommend room with sea view instead of road. Very quiet and comfortable room, though a little bit outdated. Breakfast was also ok’ish, but could be improved.

This Hotel is excellent value in every way. Location is perfect and rooms are fine. The breakfast is good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at the Souli Hotel many times over the last 20 years and always a warm welcome from the owners. Rooms are modern and exceptionally clean with daily cleaning. The sea views rooms are worth the little extra and have a super view of the pool and ocean. A perfect place to chill out and relax. We most certainly will be back again

We have been staying at thishotel for 10 years due to irs close proximity to The Akamas. Recently all rooms have been refurbished, fridges and kettles added to the rooms. The hotel sits on the beach, a peefect setting. The water pressure is amazing. The hotel is basic but clean and friendly and frequented by locals during lunchtime and dinner.
