Amazing stay. Friendly staff, clean room, great location which takes a few minutes walk from the central station, and nice breakfast buffet they serve.

Some more options for parking would be nice. The breakfast was great. Lots of choice, the room to store the luggage was very convienient and appreciated; accomodating check in before the check in time when a room was available was very much appreciated.

When checking in, my axept card had to be presented. The receptionist wrote down my card details. As I am not sure if the Expiry Date and Security Code was also included, I fell very hesitated of the above practice. I will revert if amiss.

Bra läge på hotellet, okey rum men saknar helt ventilation.

Hotel was just ok. Was only staying one night before going to airport. Courtyard behind hotel very noisy at night.

Room was very hot even with window open 24hrs a day. Bed uncomfortable as it was not a true bed but rather a base with a removable top pad that moved easily while you slept. I thought the property was incredibly overpriced for our stay. Would not return. But convenient location to reach train/Metro.

The location is really good, close to Mentor and train station. But the room is very small, can’t even open suitcase, for about 300 euro per night, I will look for another place to stay next time.

L emplacement est central Prix tres excessif 473 euros a 4 pour une nuit pour une literie plus qu horrible impossible de dormir . Un de nos enfants a dormi partette et s y trouver mieux que sur le matelas

Nice room, though small and kind of hot on the top floor.

The room and bathroom was very clean with great water pressure. Like most hotels in Europe their were no tissues to blow your nose. Found the door to the room could have been better as at reducing the noise from the hallway. To get to some rooms on 1st floor required about 4 steps. Most other 1st floor or higher floor rooms required about 15 steps up or about 10 steps down to get to the elevator. Bit hard with luggage. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Did not eat breakfast at hotel so can't comment. Easy quick walk to the central train station and a bunch of restaurants towards the Meat packing district just a few blocks away. Liked the location as it was fine and we had a room where the window opened into a central courtyard. Wifi worked well. Would stay here again

The location is really good. Especially it is close to the metro and central train station. The hotel is clean. Most of staff are friendly.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms and many restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was a disappointment, there wasn't much of anything to eat other that bread and bacon. Still I would visit this hotel again!

Very good location and easy access to everywhere. The room is nice and clean. We were 3 and the 3rd bed (sofa) is not comfortable for an adult... would be 5 star with a better solution.

Room was a bit too small, and there was no daily cleaning. Otherwise it was good, metro station was close

Väldigt trevlig personal och bra service. Vi kom tidigt, redan vid 12 och kunde få ett rum direkt.
