DO NOT STAY here if you are a ligth sleeper or need the room to be cold to sleep. The hotel only says the AC can get the room to 21 Celcius, or roughly 70F. My room never was able to get that cold, even with the windows open. So you have to hear a lot of construction or street noise also to chill your room at night. I moved rooms once and was trying my best to make it work (ear plugs, night mask) and overall this was the worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The staff is really nice, and the location of the hotel is amazing, but overall I can't recommend staying here to anyone unless they like a really warm hotel room and are deep sleepers.

I got to the hotel at 7 am and the staff were so wonderful. They got me coffee and got a room ready for me by 10 am. They really bent over backwards. The pillows and duvet were amazing. It felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Lovliest hotel in Copenhagen. My wife is from Copenhagen and we go every year for 30 years. Since we found Skt Annae we never stay anywhere else. The view is beautiful, the staff are very helpful and this is simply the best hotel we have found after sampling numerous other hotels in the same price range.

This is a lovely boutique hotel directly adjacent to the picturesque Nyhavn area, but on a quiet street. Perfect location for exploring the city via the metro or on foot. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful... would definitely stay again!

The front desk staff at this hotel are excellent. They are professional, helpful, friendly and incredibly helpful.

excellente situation en plein centre ville, tout se fait à pied très bon accueil d'un jeune homme qui a essayé de nous parler en français, il s'est bien débrouillé ! chambre calme donnant sur une cours intérieure propre, confortable et suffisamment grande pour 2 personnes petit déjeuner très sympa servi dans la cuisine du restaurant avec plusieurs espaces pour le prendre donc suffisamment de places, petit coup de cœur pour la décoration et son esprit très hygge ! à refaire

We had a great stay at the Hotel SKT. Annæ. From the moment we stepped into the lobby the staff was friendly and gracious. Our room was ready for us and we found it to be clean and well outfitted. The location was excellent, sitting on a fairly quiet street but close to all of the fun things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Localização do hotel perfeita , fazíamos tudo a pé. O café da manhã excelente . Só que no quarto estava muito quente , mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado . Reclamei na recepção , foram arrumar , mas , para mim não funcionava .

All in all an average hotel stay. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable with uncomfortable pillows. I had to ask for more pillows and the one that was brought had a strange smell so we didn’t use it. I felt like there was a lot of green washing in the way that the hotel would say it was to be eco conscious but it was clearly just to nickel and dime their customers. For example- they charge you for plastic bottle water rather than have a re-fillable bottle in the room like other Copenhagen hotels. They encourage you to drink from the tap but don’t make it easy. We didn’t like that we had to use our credit card to rent an umbrella rather than the hotel just loan us umbrellas like a hotel normally would. I understand that it’s free for the first 48hours but it’s just annoying and would be more convenient and chic to simply have umbrellas for the guests. The hotel itself is unremarkable in terms of dining and design. Feels like a business hotel with no character or charm. There was one women with a black bob and bangs at the front desk who had great customer service but other than her the customer service was non existent.

We do not recommend staying in the hotel’s junior suite. It is positioned underneath the rooftop bar and is incredibly noisy - chairs scraping and stomping of feet from breakfast service at 7:30am, until 10:30pm at night. Made even worse when the DJ performs. Attempts to resolve the issue were made but there was no suitable solution for us at the time. Family enjoyed their stay in the penthouse apartment, and in a room overlooking the street. Many rooms are not external and face into the covered atrium. Some are totally internal facing reception or a brick wall. We were incredibly unlucky with the junior suite and regret booking this room. The area around the hotel is perfect and we were very happy with the location. The breakfast was good.
