Beautiful

We had an amazing time at Dreams Macao! The staff is absolulely amazing and go above and beyond in so many ways! The place is incredibly clean, the rooms are super comfortable and the food was amazing! We mainly ate at the buffet becuase they had SO much variety and was so good! The kids club was so great and our kids loved the girls who work there. Entretainment was so fun and kept you engaged! Overall we had the best vacation! We were 2 families 4 adults and 6 children 11 and under.

I really liked the food at this resort and I’ve stay at about 5 other highly rated DR resorts. This one was the best for us. Not one bad meal. My kids loved the kids club and the girls were very attentive and fun. I felt safe leaving them and I love that they did not allow parents in at all, only during tour time on Saturdays. The resort is easy to navigate and has just the right amount of entertainment. Plenty of hot water even in the evenings when everyone is getting dressed. Highly recommend. Only thing is if you are a beach/ocean person the waves are very rough. No one was in the water. The waves were not a joke. That didn’t matter for my group at all as we care more about ambiance, food, pools, and entertainment.

We had an amazing stay! We took a family trip with our two kids 15 and 13 and all around had a blast! Plenty of food options for everyone and the restaurants were great. The water slides and lazy river were fun! We traveled over the kids spring break so it was a little crowded but still nothing to complain about. The only thing was to get a spot at the main pool you had to go throw your towels on the chairs very early to save them. The shows at night were really well done as well. All in all everything was wonderful especially the people working there. We didn't run into one worker that wasn't friendly or helpful! The only complaint I have is beware of the sales pitch you have to sit through to get some freebies. It was a timeshare pitch but somewhat worth sitting through it to get a full massage and $150 resort credit.

the property was fine. Food and food service was poor. Staff offered to assist with computers or special requests but usually left and never returned. Our butler only seemed interested in helping us if we spending extra money.

Fantastic stay! Staff pleasant and curtious always with a smile on their face, genuine and helpful. Food options are great, good quality. Clean, spacious and just stunning resort. Reviews and photos dont do it justice. Highly recommend to families, couples, seniors! The resort is dreamy with awesome night shows and a great beach!

Wonderful resort. Swim out king room was amazing. Property is beautiful and was not too crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe with security on the beach. Will return.

Dreams Macao was a great place to take a family. Very family oriented and accommodating.

Nice property, lots to do for the kids, the beach has surfing which is fun for everyone. Great service from Johanny our butler and the cleaning staff were tremendous. The service at restaurants was slow and inaccurate most meals. Overall this was a good family vacation spot.

We had a great stay! The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The staff and property were also great. Something to be aware of is the ocean at this property is really rough so if you are looking to do snorkeling etc probably not the property for you. We did the Club level rooms which I would highly recommend, the pool for club only was much less crowded and you could always find a seat. The Club lounge was also a nice perk and the butler was a nice touch.
