This resort was great and very clean. The workers were very helpful and nice. Breillin was our concierge for the week and WhatsApp messaged me every morning the activities going on each day. The fire show Friday night was the best. My son loved going down the white slide into the pool and the lazy river. The music at the pool was great too.

Wonderful stay!! Food was excellent! Service was top notch! We ended up buying into the Hyatt club bc we loved it so much. We used Mike Fisher for transportation which was also excellent. Private transfer to and from the airport. Quick and professional.

For kids, for kids

Check in was easy, check out was easy Front staff are available to answer questions via what’s up which is convenient. Pool was ok and clean. No food service at the pool except drink . They bring a pizza truck or a taco truck but otherwise you have to go to Buffet ( other all inclusive in Mexico has plenty of food options by the pool area and they have pool food menu) The hibachi experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the service wasn’t great either. French restaurant was good. Overall limited entrees at each restaurant Steakhouse was very average Overall compare to all inclusive in Mexico food and service is a bit lower but still good Berlin in front was very helpful and made communication very easy and pleasant After dreams we went to Riu Bavaro which was horrible customer service . Overall dream is so much better option than Riu. When we booked our trip some of our choices were sold out. We will not do Riu ever again at any locations. Dreams need to work on spa menu , not sure why they set the prices crazy high , a massage for $500 at an average resort ?!?! If they set normal prices they will actually have clients and make money !

AWSOME spot

Room was spacious, Beach and Ocean access was beautiful. Never had an average meal. Staff was beyond friendly. Breilin our concierge was extremely helpful and accessible. Peter and Anthony working the Poolbar in the Waterpark we're amazing. Lots of activities, great place if you have or don't have kids

The staff was friendly… Car-lee-tos was my golf cart driver & he was great! Very friendly, punctual, & helpful! The food was a 7 out of 10…The hibachi restaurant “Spice” was the BEST! The bowling/game room is not included, but worth the $50 charge. I didn’t receive a welcome drink at the time of my arrival, but they do offer them. My only downside was my room didn’t have “hot water” the 1st day, but was fixed once I called maintenance. Overall the resort is nice and clean

Es un hotel que vale la pena visitar. Áreas sociales y de comida para los huéspedes de preferred club con buenas atenciones y muy tranquilo. En cuanto a nuestra habitación en área preferred club súper cómoda, tranquila y limpia, servicio de limpieza y mini bar siempre al pendiente día tras día. La comida muy variada y deliciosa. En cuanto a las atenciones fueron súper pero vale destacar en especial y de manera extraordinaria a quien fuese nuestro mayordomo el señor Javier Valdez, quien es una persona super atenta, simpático, muy profesional y respetuoso en todo momento, es una persona que posee una calidad humana y don de servicio único, lo que nos hizo a mi esposo y a mí una estadía más relajante y placentera, nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre al pendiente del más mínimo detalle, por lo que nos sentimos sumamente agradecidos de él y una de las razones por las que regresaremos en un futuro no muy lejano con nuestros hijos. Por lo que le doy un 💯

Not great

We traveled as a family of 5 for spring break, age range from 15-45! The weather was perfect! Dreams had plenty for all to do, we never waited for a chair by pool or beach! Dinner time was busy but Javier was able to make our wait time minimal. Breathless next door for the over 18 crowd was very convenient! My only complaint would be we could have used more wash clothes in the room.

There are many beautiful areas to this property, however the lobby is the first impression and it is very dingy and in major need of upgrade/cleaning. There are so many employees who clearly hate being there. The towel hut always has a line in the AM. This is the first resort I have been to that requires signing out of towels. Perhaps it is a lower price point budget hotel. But I spent the same amount for the Moon Palace Grand in Cancun which felt like a much higher class establishment. The beach/pool bars reuse the glasses without even rinsing. As soon as I saw that I stopped utilizing pretty much anything not canned/bottled/prepackaged. We had a nice vacation but I wouldn’t go here again. We were preferred but still had 1 hour waits every night for dinner.
