Tudo muito agradável, muito limpinho e aconchegante. Única coisa que não encontrei é um cafezinho da tarde com um pão, um leite e etc… mas eu recomendo o hotel com toda certeza

Impressive is not a bad resort , what made it so horrible for me it was my encounter with upfront customer service. I would hoped they do at some point improves on that dept . What made it special the rest of the trip ,to us it was the people that work within for impressive that we met along the way . First Rainer ( maletero) from picking us up to bring us to our room made the bad experience from front desk so much better for us . A few amazing staff members from the Buffet, Esperanza, Martha, the juice bar lady and some of the cook line folks -Thank You for treating us like family ! Great entertaining group ! Thx for spaghetti for taking the time to get to know you better . Keep up that spirit . Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !

La gente muy amable pero hay problemas de la luz, no pudimos disfrutar de la hidroterapia pero no estaba funcionando el agua caliente.Muy repetitiva las comidas y hay problemas de gatos en los restaurantes.

Aire acondicionado en orden! No ofrecieron upgrade en el check in El espacio de Extadian es muy invasivo, y son muy elitistas en general.

My Son and I booked 4 nights at Impressive and left after two nights .We were not impressed ! The room we stayed had mosquitoes. There were signs of mosquitoes on the wall . We got bit all over our legs and arms. We didn't have running water for three hours . Had a hard time booking restaurants too.

Ofrecen un todo incluido y los restaurantes con reserva NO tienen lo que ofrecen!! El personal es muy atento pero NO hay los productos que ofrece el hotel, ellos no pueden hacer más en el bar un mojito NO ya terminó un vodka NO ya se terminó solo pueden servir lo que tienen y pues eso no es lo ofrecen al vender es bastante desepcion! Puede ser bueno pero se arruina viajamos 3 parejas las dos habitaciones de mis amigos no funciona el aire acondicionado mucho muy limitado para ser todo incluido NO hay servicio en la alberca ni en la playa a todo hay que pararse para ir a hacer fila para un trago y ya que llegas te dice NO tengo se terminó En los restaurantes no había suficiente comida y pues la verdad demasiado económica y reitero el personal muy pero muy amable y se esfuerza mucho por dar una buena atención pero los medios que les proporciona el hotel dista mucho de la realidad, gracias!

I had a great experience at impressive overall- food was okay except for the on the grill food was awesome, unfortunately we only got to go one time there was no availability as you have to make reservations. the only downside of this resort is the beach is dirty due to seaweed and the smell

De entrada los q estan al frente para las orientación te quitan mucho tiempo. Mejorar las duchas para evitar accidentes.
