La comida de el bufet muy mala, el aire de la habitación no funcionaba bien, no me dieron cama matrimonial, el servicio ni la atención son lo mejor.

Glad we only had to stay one day.

A lot of mosquitoes, room was too fall from everything. Stuff need to learn more about customer services and food was not that good

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni io e mio figlio e stata una bella esperienza struttura sicura e pulita personale cordiale solo una pecca forse per me che vengo da una realta culinaria eccellenete e la ristorazione ripetitiva pero se riesci a riservare un tavolo nei vari ristoranti non e male Comunque ritornerei o magari ritornero se ne avro l'opportunita Grazie a tutti

This property has declined since we went 2 years ago. The staff was not as pleasant and we saw a few roaches which we did not see 2 years ago. Overall we really like the property but it could use some renovating and entertainment does not begin until so time after 2-3pm, not even music. We booked six rooms, in one room the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to come down and the safe didn’t work. The AC was decent except for one on or two occasions when i got really hot. Our room overall we did not have major issues. They are now plugging the bathroom drains with coffee packets i’m assuming to mask the sewage smell you will pick up here and there on the resort but it was everywhere only in a few remote spots. Overall i love the location but due to the conditions, I would not return for a third visit. This being our second time there.

All staff is very friendly.... had an issue with a long line at checking and check out but apparently is a temporary issue...while they fix the area.... other than that I would definitely recommend this resort.

Gostei muito da estadia! Funcionários muito simpáticos , bastante comida! Praia belíssima! Só os restaurantes a la carte que não são essas coisas, mas ainda assim vale muito à pena!

When we arrived to the property, they wanted to charge us again because they couldn’t confirm payment from Expedia. We were tired and this debacle took about 45 minutes to remedy. Then we weren’t properly versed on the dining options. By the time I went online to make reservations, they were all booked limiting us to the buffet. Some of the staff were outstanding while others were not very accommodating. Bar tenders were in short supply, but we made the best of it. All in all our time at Impressive was decent not Impressive. I would suggest looking at other properties for more options.

The staff is great and polite. The hotel is a little run down. The first room we went into smelled like someone died in there. They changed our rooms which was good. They wanted to charge us $300.00 each person to get premium service. I thought that was ridiculous when we paid for all incusive.

Good price. Quiet. Very relaxing.

Amazing staff

We could not get premium when we booked in November. When we got there in March we were told no premium was available to upgrade. We didn't care about the premium room but we did want the premium alcohol and pool access. They need a premium package that is not tied to the room. They are leaving money on the table. This is my second time in the DR and if I go back im staying at the Hard Rock again. Way better experience there

Went with four guys… here’s the list…. Get the reservation booked and call them to upgrade. You receive better reservations, better rooms, and better alcohol choices. The beach is beautiful. The pools are numerous, and lots of fun. Bathrooms everywhere. There aren’t enough bartenders to handle full capacity so you’ll be waiting for drinks. Bring a yeti to double up servings to limit wait times. Restaurants are great if you can get reservations…. The rooms are simple and plain. For us four guys it was a shower, a little tv while getting ready, and a solid bed to sleep in. We were never in the room otherwise and didn’t really need something extraordinary. It is what it is. 6.8-7.2 for regular and 8.2-8.4 probably with the premium upgrade. We knew what we were getting into and were ok with it. If you want no frills and ok with the basics, book. If you need something a little more, don’t.

Beach bar needed more help. Put you in a line that could take up to a half hour to get a drink. Solicitors to buy additional stays were ridiculous. Which is normal at every resorts. Did enjoy the food and staff was kind.

I updated my stay to premium and was very happy with it

Oppholdet var veldig bra og familievennlig, nydelig sted og veldig god renhold på alle toalettene og rom. Mange bassenger med strand i tillegg og mange barneprogram.

Hôtel entouré d’une très belle végétation. Dans l’ensemble il mériterait d’un petit coup de jeune. Les piscines n’étaient pas très propre. Le buffet pas mauvais mais froid, les restaurants sont bons mais repas froid également. Il y avait souvent des coupures d’eau dans les chambres. Le personnel très sympathique

Upgraded to “premium” but everything that was supposed to be premium was on the opposite end of the resort from all premium amenities. We got locked in our room due to the lock breaking. Then after it was “fixed” the door would still not open. One of us was locked in while one was locked out of the room. Couldn’t make reservations at restaurants even though the premium butler was supposed to do it. Food was horrible. I Could go on with more issues we had but basically the message is choose a different resort.

The location by the sea, the breeze and the pleasantness of the place make it a good destination. La ubicación junto al mar, la brisa y lo ameno del lugar lo hace un buen destino.

Staff were friendly and wonderful. Beach was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.
