Tudo excelente, restaurantes, quarto, piscinas e praia. Equipe do Hotel impecável, todos eles ! Em especial ao animador e responsável por atividade o AIAIAI, ao Aberto do bar piscina e ao concierge Christopher nota 10 a todos !!

We loved everything from the beginning to end of our trip. The hospitality, kindness, service was 10/10. The hotel met all my needs and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot to either go and relax or even if you want more of an active vacation. It was super nice. Could use a little improvement in communication/organization. Make sure to confirm reservations and safe evidence of dinner times confirmed as they often didn’t have those right when we showed up and had to wait to be seated for dinner. Also, attentiveness from the concierge if you go VIP could improve. Overall, we had a great experience. The beaches are great and safe. Staff is friendly and always willing to make you feel heard and comfortable.

Our concierge Antonio was fantastic, very friendly and informative. Property was well kept and all staff members were very polite, kind hearted, and truly made our stay! I will say the title of adults only was a bit misleading but nonetheless kids did not ruin our experience was just an unexpected surprise. Personally I would word the description of this resort a bit differently for couples that truly want the adults only experience. Food was amazing aside from the steakhouse. Beach sellers were extremely pushy and made it not relaxing to be on the beach which is a shame because Paradisus beach section is breathtaking. Would highly recommend updating the advertising pictures on the website. The pictures shown do NOT do your resort justice! It truly is a breathtaking location. Last thing… we stayed in room 3204, not sure if this is the same for every room but the shower head is not the best. It’s a very high pressure (almost hurts a bit) and the water sprays everywhere. Not sure if it needs a good soak clean to remove calcium build up or if it’s just the shower head.

El hotel en general es bueno, sin embargo, tuve dos situaciones en las que el servicio fue muy deficiente. La primera en la que el sensor de la puerta de la habitación se quedó sin pila y tardaron una hora en apoyarme para poder ingresar nuevamente a mi habitación. La segunda es que hubo una cucaracha dentro de mi habitación la cual reporté por la noche y fue hasta la mañana siguiente que alguien llegó para retirarla, una vez reportada por quinta vez. El tema no era sacarla o matarla, sino hacerles ver que había falta de limpieza en mi habitación.

Very nice resort with great amenities. They have all day different Activities for adults snd kids. Enjoyed our stay. Only one issue, very less veg food options

First off, our concierge Christopher was the best. He took excellent care of us and our dinner reservations. Always made sure we were good. The hotel is very beautiful, but could use a few upgrades. Some of the bedroom doors have gaps in the wood. There’s only one hook in the bathroom area for your towels. There’s no shelves. The AC could be a little cooler. It won’t go below 69 degrees and that’s not cool enough in a hot and humid climate. We woke up damp in sweat both nights. The mini bar and snacks are nicely stocked, but the fridge isn’t cold. The beverages feel tap warm. The pools are all nice. Great service and super nice staff. Pedro and Greivin were great at the pool bars. They made sure we were always good and made great drinks. You have to go see them if you’re there. The beach is nice, but really hated all passersby trying to sell us something. Whether it was braids, massages, excursions, photo opps….we just wanted to relax and it made it a bit difficult. The water was also a bit murky. The restaurants were a hit or miss. Buffet was always cold and bland. Sante wad ok. Food wasn’t the best. The lava cake was not good. I didn’t like that one of the servers kept insisting we ask for drinks even after I told her repeatedly that we were good. Flora Cena was good. Andrea was the best server. Such a beautiful soul. Entertainment is lacking a bit. Need more fun activities. The Kicks bar could have some cards, board games, or jenga.

Paradisus is a great property and scenic views. Always stay in a Master suite or better if more than two people. Swim up rooms are also ideal. Good food and great service. The only thing I didn’t like is being bothered to see the MELIÁ presentations. I have been at 3 different Paradisus properties and they all do the same thing. I’m not interested in the presentations which I have done on two separate occasions. Again other than that it was a great property and a great stay. Will return and stay at Grand Cana swim up rooms.

The food was not good. Very little options during breakfast. The restaurants were okay but nothing wow. I would not stay here again.

Excellent stay from check in to out. Our personal concierge Irvin was amazing. Unlimited drink, you can’t beat that for the price package. The bartenders pour the drinks like there’s no tomorrow. The shows were spectacular like going to a concert front row but FREE.

The hotel was amazing, so was the staff, Yaris,jose at kicks bar was over and beyond they were such a good staff. Emanuel the best he was so helpful. I would come back.

I love how big the property is and how it’s surrounded by nature . We loved walking on the beach and walking around the property to go see the turtles and iguanas. I loved how easy it was to get around and the layout of the restaurants as well as the different dining options. There were also so many pools and bars to choose from. The property hotel and the surrounding property was very clean and modern.
