Staff work very hard to ensure your comfort, very pleasant ,friendly and helpful, felt like family. Lots of amazing food and restaurants to choose, from fine dining to buffet. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Everything is so clean and well maintained . Quiet and serene, beautiful private beach. We will definitely return to this resort...

La comida es excelente 10 de 10 la limpieza el personal son excelentes las habitaciones todo organizado y limpio estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio que pienso volver con mi hija el próximo año a celebrar sus 18 años, gracias hotel casa marina muy feliz con el servicio genial, .

All inclusive, I paid full price and I couldn’t bring a guess in after the fact. To think all inclusive by myself lolol. I will be dealing with this issue promise.

Beautiful Beach with calm clean sandy beach. Good food and relaxing atmosphere-especially in Adults inly section. Herman restaurant is outstanding and best in resort. All beach bars are great. Swim-up room was perfect for us and we enjoyed every moment.

Me encanta hospedarme en este hotel, siempre me tratan como familia, el personal en general es maravilloso, todo muy limpio, alimentos y bebidas de calidad, todo lo que necesito para descansar con mi esposa y familiares. Lo recomiendo 100 %.

Liked that it was quiet not a lot of people

8/10 would be my rating. The food was good, the buffet was better than the restaurants on the property. I read some of the reviews complaining about WiFi and water temperature; however my showers were warm, and I didn’t experience any issues with WiFi. The staff members were nice. The neighborhood the hotel was in was pleasant.

We stay in the vip side, but food very very limited, 10 days there just tried 2 restaurants others never open or bad food. Just one bar with premium drink, if you move to other part of resort not even bottle of water. We decided to leave a day before because Sunday they sale day pass and was full of people and we can’t even eat. I don’t recommend

Very good

The only thing I did not like was the time that the snack close at 1am way too early and I was not notified about it. The disco was open until 2am and the snack closes at 1am. That’s very inconvenience for the clients that utilízate the disco.

Nos gustó mucho, pero deben de mejorar la logística de las comidas mejor y el sport bar debería abrir más tarde porque abre de 10@5pm y tiene café, alcohol y dulces, pero no tiene picadera entiéndase hot dog, hamburguesas, papitas, Tostitos, etc aperitivos que siempre encuentras en los sport bar. Los alrededores bellos y mágicos. Al igual que los empleados. Solo diría eso la comida, entretenimiento y dice que tiene bebidas premium y no es así. Deberían mejorar en ese aspecto ya que realmente el lugar los vale y tiene una vista que enamora

Horrible place

This is the worst place i have been to. There are rules for some people but not for others, for example someone had a speaker on the infinity pool and it was fine but when i had it the told me to turnedit off.. The food you have to go to the other side i dont understand why would you pay more for an exclusive thing if to eat you have to go to the other side. The reception staff has horrible customer service, our room the air-conditioning wasn't working properly and we told them since the first day, and they didn't do anything until the last day when we were leaving they wanted to change our room.
