The whole team did an amazing job, and special shout out to Andy who went above and beyond to provide the best service. Jonatan has an incredible team and they made this one of the best experiences even when things did not go as planned. They were able to accommodate as much as possible in a short period of time. Hotel and tour agency staff are top notch.

The room was different from the one I reserved, so they changed it for me, which was a bit of a hassle. The staff were all kind and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Excellent hotel! We also stayed in another one in Puerto Ayora a week before. Almost double the prize and about the same ratings (except they had a large pool). Dreams is very good value for money and in a great location. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 days was very good, the breakfast was delicious and also we booked the activities with them, everything was excellent

All of the staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Breakfast was great, the free cofee and hot/cold water was a plus. We booked a half day tour in their tour agency and had a great experience. Located just a few minutes walking distance to restaurants, markets, souvenir shops, tour agencies etc.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!

close to everything and quiet

Staff was very friendly, cordial. We arrived early and they made every effort to have our room ready as soon as possible without even asking. They greeted us with a glass of cold tea which was very good and much needed because we were thirsty from walking from the pier to the hotel. They also let us know that the breakfast time had already finished but since the following day we were leaving early to take the ferry they could offer us the included breakfast on the day of our arrival, so we had a wonderful and homey breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt and it was heaven because we had just come by ferry and hadn't had time to have breakfast. They had water, coffee and tea at the lobby all day. We could walk to the main pier and shopping and dining areas easily, safely and comfortably.

We really enjoyed the 3 nights we spent here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. They stored our luggage when we went to another Island for a couple of days. The rooms on the first floor are a little noisy, but we are early risers, so it was okay.

Excellent host and highly recommend! We are a family with kids therefore needed additional space and comfort, GD provided great service, good breakfast, clean, and close to many options like the beach, port, food, bakery and mini market nearby. Will say here again.

We stayed for one night at this property and everything was great! The room was well appointed and even had a mini fridge. We were given delicious juice upon arrival. Water pressure was great. Their common areas/bar are really cool and this is a unique and fun property. We will be back!

Great location and service.

This property was awesome for a stay and we wish we would have been able to stay longer. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The little kitchen area was a wonderful amenity in the room and the 2nd sink was so handy to have for 3 adults sharing a room. The staff was super friendly and even made us to go breakfasts the minute they arrived since our ferry was leaving at the exact time breakfast officially started. It was a perfect stay! My only complaint was that we were not there longer!

Great little place! Couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast changed every day, which was lovely. The ladies serving breakfast were lovely too. In a good location to get around to everywhere.
