Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses.

Modern, new hotel, eco friendly, great food (even organic options), comfortable beds, great location close to everything, super friendly staff, they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Dog friendly, my little Yorkie loved the garden and loved Noah, the hotel pet. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you for an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The air quality turned unhealthy for me during my trip in March to Quito. The charming (and paid for) VRBO I’d booked was in the old part of town, was perfect in every way EXCEPT it (and all surrounding properties) was heated with fireplaces. My asthma flared plus with the altitude & my breathing was seriously compromised. I moved to the GO Hotel because it had an enclosed HVAC system. I had to stay holed up for remaining 3 days of my trip. The GO had lovely views from a most commodious room. The bar and restaurants were wonderful. Staff were very nice. Even had a good little handicraft shop so I was able to get nice items since I couldn’t go outside to market. Breakfast was one of the nicest of anywhere I’ve stayed! All menu items were clearly marked Gluten Free (or not). And there were many gf options!!! Since I was confined to property I spent a few hours in the spa getting a massage & facial. I highly recommend that too. Did not use pool or gym because I was having trouble breathing. But they looked nice. Hotel is really lovely.

The studio loft room was spacious, good sized bathroom. Modern and clean. The hallways are on motion sensors so at night a little daunting when you get off the elevator and it's dark but it lights up soon after you start walking.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to restaurants and parks. Safe neighborhood, everything was great.

Hermoso hotel

Spent one night here. The room was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent and attentive. The restaurant on the 17th floor has both great food and amazing views of Quito. Much appreciated that the staff allowed early breakfast as we had to leave for airport at 6:30 a.m. L.S. Canada

Fue experiencia maravillosa

Despite trying to fix the problem of broken air conditioning the first night (which they knew about) the administration put us in another room which was a sauna. The AC was set for 16 but didn’t drop below 21. To make matters worse, the offer of free lunch provided for our troubles was later charged to our room (the manager reversed her decision). Nice property and staff but terrible management and customer service. Two sleepless nights.
