Beautiful hotel, especially the common areas, which are elegant and very well designed. The rooms are also large and spacious, making the stay generally comfortable. The rooms are fully automated (automatic lights and curtains) and the hotel seems dedicated on being very sustainable (ex free water filling stations on each corridor). Breakfast was very good and the hotel has a beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Some things I would improve: Check in - I arrived approximately two hours before the official check-in time and, considering my status, early check-in should have been granted subject to availability. It was in fact offered to me, but only upon payment of an additional 50 USD, which I declined. Mini bar and room service - One detail I did not fully understand was the presence of a completely empty minibar in the room. It would actually be useful to have it filled with water and some essentials, especially considering that the advertised 24-hour room service does not truly operate 24 hours a day. One day at 5:45 I was unable to sleep and called room service asking only for a herbal tea, but I was informed that the service would only start at 6:30 AM. Practicality- In all bars, restaurants and cafés of the hotel it is not possible to charge your consumption on the room and you need to pay each time. Overall, it is a very good hotel with a beautiful structure and design although some improvements could make it excellent.

Stayed in the King Loft — an exceptional room. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern design and sustainability, with thoughtful details throughout.

We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra.

Modern and clean property. Very friendly staff and great size room. Will definitely stay there again.

What a gorgeous and well designed hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The only 4 star given was due to the dining experience. The restaurant and rooftop restaurant are gorgeous. The food was fabulous, but the staff on all 4 occasions that we dined there left us sitting for long lengths of time without clearing dishes, not filling our coffee, no suggestion of additional beverage or dessert and then waiting for our bill up to 30 minutes with no communication what so ever. Hopefully with some positive training, this will be resolved as everything else was beyond our expectations.

The hotel is brand new. It was 10 times better than what we expected. The rooms are huge. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooftop bar and restaurant was incredible. I recommend it 100%!

Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses.

Modern, new hotel, eco friendly, great food (even organic options), comfortable beds, great location close to everything, super friendly staff, they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Dog friendly, my little Yorkie loved the garden and loved Noah, the hotel pet. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you for an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.
