Started with a very welcoming young lady greeting me, letting me get some basic Spanish out, then speaking to me in English. Great experience here. Quiet property, good food, impeccable room, a cool pool on a hot day, and at an affordable price, and a short walk to the town square. I'd most certainly saty here again!!

Very clean. Great staff, beautiful location. The sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and pool are in excellent condition. It’s a few blocks from the center of Vilcabamba with great views of the valley. Worth another visit.

We had an absolute amazing time at Hostería Paraíso. The room was clean. The service was exceptional at all times. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi are well maintained.
The food was delicious and good portions. We also tried the massage/spa and it was one of our best we have ever had.
We would love to stay there again.

The hotel has a lovely pool, hot tub, as well as a sauna and eucalyptus steam room that is perfect after long hike into the scenic mountains that surround Vilcabamba. The staff is super gracious and accommodating and the breakfast included with the room is delicious and abundant.

Hostería Paraíso is truly a gem in Vilcabamba, offering an unforgettable stay in a tropical paradise. The service was nothing short of outstanding—responsive, gracious, and thoughtful. The staff anticipated our needs with incredible kindness, making us feel completely cared for throughout our visit.
We stayed in the spacious family cabin, which accommodated five beds. It was impeccably comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with vibrant flowers and lush plants native to the area, creating a serene, tropical atmosphere that feels like a slice of paradise.
The amenities are exceptional. The pool, complete with a picturesque waterfall, is stunning. There are two Jacuzzis—one designated for adults and another for children—offering a relaxing experience for everyone. Both the dry sauna and steam sauna were impeccably maintained, providing a touch of luxury to our stay.
Breakfast was included in our stay, and it exceeded expectations. It was both healthy and delicious, served with elegant china and dishware that added a touch of sophistication to the meal.
Every detail at Hostería Paraíso reflects thoughtful care and quality, making it an outstanding choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. Highly recommended!

This is a most beautiful setting, absolutely perfect for the get-away stay that I was looking for. And staff oh, so helpful and courteous and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vilcabamba, but especially for someone who wants to relax in a quiet, peaceful environment.

Beautiful and peaceful with nice gardens. The pool with waterfall was a little chilly but very refreshing after getting used to it. The steam sauna was great. The food was really good and the staff was are all very friendly

We loved the gardens and the pool area. Good breakfast, responsive staff. The hot tub, after horseback riding, was just the ticket. Would definitely recommend this place.
