Lo mejor:
-La atención: el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades con la mejor predisposición.
-la ubicación: dentro del pueblo de Cojimies, este hotel brinda una vista maravillosa a la isla del amor y queda frente a una playa muy tranquila y extensa.
-El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.
Lo que no me gustó:
- En el hotel hay que mandar un texto para que te activen el agua caliente: a pesar de que siempre tuvimos agua caliente, el hecho de avisar previamente que la vas a usar es un poco incómodo, dada la costumbre habitual de abrir la llave y listo.
- la cama no era muy cómoda, tampoco la ducha.
Ahora, para ser justos, Cojimies es un sitio maravilloso pero frecuentado por ciertas temporadas, y bajo ese criterio económico el mantenimiento de los hoteles /hosterías se vuelve complicado por lo que te encontrarás con un mantenimiento poco prolijo; sobre todo porque este hotel se encuentra en primera línea de playa.
Dentro del pueblo de Cojimies esta podría ser la segunda mejor opción de hospedaje; pero, en la vía a Cojimies hay unas hosterías rústicas/tropicales bellísimas que podrían ser una opción más compatible con la zona y que igual quedan cerca del pueblo para poder ir a comer o comprar cosas.

I book hotel in advance just to be told on the day of arrival via a phone call that the pool is out of order, the room that I had book is also out of order and they can offer me a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I did ended taking to other persons who also had stay there and have similar experiences, if you can, stay away from this property.

The city and the hotel are disgusting. The first thing you pass as you go to the rooms are 2 shower heads where apparently people wash with entering due to the sand streets. Upon seeing me a young man attempted to mop up the floor but it was too late. The tile floor room we were shown was wet from, I would assume, condensation from the extreme humidity. The person showing the room tried to turn on the air conditioning without success. He also tried to turn on the TV again with no success. Bottom line we forfeited our payment and left. The city and hotel are, in our opinion, to be avoided.
I don't know who wrote the other reviews but obviously many of them have to be bogus.

No está de acuerdo el costo al servicio del hotel a la piscina le falta mantenimiento, y resulta que no tenían para cobrar con tarjeta de crédito que hubiera pasado si iba confiado y no llevaba efectivo suficiente ya que allá no existen cajeros, wifi pésimo nunca sirvió, no tiene garaje
