El hotel es muy bonito, silencioso a pesar de ser una casa antigua, muy limpio, muy bien servicio y el personal muy amable y presto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless an comfortable. Excellent location with walking distance to the old village center.

Friendly, clean, quiet, and an excellent location. We stayed in an upstairs room that was basic, but charming, and everything worked. Difficult to park outside for check in.

Vou ser bem detalhista para ajudar outras pessoas Pontos positivos: hotel bem limpo, com ótima localização (bem no centro, dá para fazer tudo a pé). Equipe sempre bem prestativa. Café e chá à vontade durante o dia. Eles fazem de tudo para te atender suas solicitações. Arquitetura bem detalhista e chamativa. Pontos negativos: sempre tem somente 1 funcionário na propriedade, então se vários hóspedes estão com demandas ao mesmo tempo, você terá que esperar um bocado. Para pagar no cartão, aumenta 12% do valor. Achei que o quarto não veda muito bem a temperatura, que estava baixa e passei frio. O café da manhã é oferecido sem possibilidade de escolha, e apesar de ser bem feito e gostoso, pode ser ruim para pessoas com condições especiais: meu pai é diabético e teve que comprar algumas coisas no mercado (abacate, pão integral ...) para ajustar para sua situação de saúde. A internet realmente não é boa, tive muita dificuldade para usar na propriedade. Para mim isso foi a pior coisa da estadia, pois cancelaram meu voo e tive que pedir para meu marido em outro país remarcar o voo, já que eu não tinha internet suficiente para entrar no site. Não consegui trabalhar na propriedade por conta disso. Eu voltaria para uma viagem de casal ou passeio. Não voltaria para uma viagem de trabalho, pois não há mesa no quarto e boa wifi.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Loved the ambiance of the indside and outside courtyards, great breakfast. All of the people there were do friendly and helpful. One of our best experiences of the last month of travel

This is a wonderful place to stay! I had Room #14, and it is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. I slept the best I ever have during my 5 night stay here. The breakfast is good, and the staff is so helpful. Although they do not speak English, it is not a problem, because they will speak slowly or write things down for you so that you can better understand. In my case, the owner was even kind enough to arrange for me to go to the Ingapirca ruins for the day with another guest who was going by himself who spoke both English and Spanish. It was a perfect match and a great day! The hotel is centrally located and in a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again. It's a good value for your money.

I stayed on the third floor, which allowed me to have a window. Most of the rooms appear not to have a window so might be a little stuffy. The breakfast area is in the central area so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. On the plus side, comfortable beds, good wifi and it is decorated in a very charming way.

This was our second stay at Ines Maria. We returned because we loved it the first time. The staff are wonderful. The physical plant is delightfully old fashioned. Breakfast is varied, abundant and cooked to order. We will return if we pass this way again.

Excellent place to stay, great location, great hospitality, great breakfast, and loved the atmosphere, beautiful decor, owner could speak English well. Hotel had character and felt very secure.
