Clean rooms friendly staff

El lugar se siente nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación es excelente, en la mitad, cerca de todo. El personal súper servicial y atento, fue lo que más nos gustó. Nos encantó nuestra estadía ahí, definitivamente lo recomendaría y regresaría. :)

Very nice hotel when staying in Puerto Ayora

Elegant, comfortable on a remote region . Absolutely a surprise and left with a deep wish to come back.

Really great stay. Comfortable, coffee/tea on hand anytime, really good breakfast, extremely friendly staff. My review is only “Good” and not “Excellent” because I had a pair of expensive shorts go missing.

Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff.

The perfect location in Puerto Ayora

Buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Tiene un buen desayuno en las mañanas lo que hace más fácil antes de salir a cualquier excursión.

Grande chambre lumineuse et moderne. Nous étions au 1er étage qui donne sur la rue, c’est assez calme sauf la lumière du lampadaire. Le lit est immense et très confortable. Magnifique terrasse au deuxième étage. Le service du petit déjeuner est au top et très professionnel. Seul bémol l’odeur puissante et persistante du detergent utilisé pour laver les sol.

Small property with approx 10 rooms. Rooms on 2nd floor offers more privacy. Guests have complimentary use of rooftop jaccuzzi, do book in advance. While stay was decent, overall experience was marred by a sudden power outage in the middle of the night and into the morning of check out. This meant not having water access to bathe, brushing of teeth on check out which was a miserable experience. Housekeeping also failed to ensure replacement towels were dry. Breakfast was good by Galapagos standard and kitchen did their best to prep breakfast the morning of power outage.

Staff was very caring and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The owner was very nice and helped me with tour advice. Thank you soooooo much for everything. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel experience! A friend recommended us to stay here, and we could have not been happier. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home; the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and super helpful throughout our stay, whether answering questions, or sharing suggestions, genuinely nice people. Check-in was smooth, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with a great view. The hotel is located only a few steps from el Malecon, the main area, where you will find tour agencies, stores, restaurants and boats to other islands. I would absolutely come back, my partner and I are grateful with everyone that made our stay there wonderful :)

Hotel novo, bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, lojas e da Estação Científica Charles Darwin. O hotel possui uma jacuzzi no terraço com um visual incrível.
