This hotel would be very great appreance ,but there was many problem in working process perspective. please, see my story with this hotel. I hope you don't do it again like me. I have paid this hotel 3 months ago. However, there's no booking record when it comes to get there. This hotel has 14 rooms but already accoupied by customers. so I have to look for another hotel. I asked to hotel's manager " what happened ? What's wrong ? " he said " It was overbooking problem ". he just told me " I'm very sorry but we can't give you any compensation at all due to this problem. I just have got refund for only hotel fee and some appolozied email from hotel's owner. please, make sure to reconfirm your booking before you arrive there Once you really want to stay here.

We loved our stay here. It is on the edge of the small town, but easily walkable to everything including a sunset bar that was awesome. I assume it was not coincidentally named Iguana Crossing, but it is literally located at a point where iguana after iguana cross the road. The views from our room and the pool were unbelievable and the wildlife that literally walks in the lobby is amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic and serene. Easy to walk into town. Great views of the ocean. Staff warm and inviting. Would stay here again without reservation.

This is a beautiful beachfront property on the far end of town. The pool and patio are gorgeous. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. The food is very good, we loved the tuna and fish ceviche. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay in this beautiful island. One of the best in all Galápagos. We arrived to Isabela via boat. We decided to walk from the port instead of taking a taxi. Is a long walk, so if you have heavy luggage I wouldn’t recommend it. Rooms were comfortable, modern and some have spectacular views of the ocean. The shower though, had this plunger thingy mounted on the wall which you have to press repeatedly every 10 seconds or so otherwise the water is cut off. We stayed in 3 different islands and every hotel had a feature similar to that to preserve water. Staff was super friendly. However they mixed up my reservation and somehow they were expecting us the day before. And they were sending messages asking at what time I would be arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good. The infinity pool is nice if only a little small. There’s a great bar next to the property. Beyond that, a huge park great for hiking and wildlife watching. I recommend this property 100%

Incredible! Best hotel on the island! The owner, Phillips, made sure all the guests had everything needed and more. Staff was excellent and the property was exceptional! We will definitely be staying here again!

The best location on the island. The views are magnificent. Easy walking access to the lovely town and walking trails. Very romantic setting. Excellent place to spend my 70th birthday.

The hotel is located on a very beautiful beach - the best we saw in Galapagos. Rooms are wonderful. Service is a bit slow, preorder your food and drinks in advance as it takes a lot of time to receive them.

Iguana Crossing was a joy! The location is amazing; we had a view of the actual crossing from our room and enjoyed watching the iguanas on their path to/from the ocean. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were beautiful and clean. We will stay there again next time we're on the island!

The best hotel on Isabela Island. Across from a stunning beach. The pool is nice and the food is actually amazing. $1.5 ride from ferry. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is as close to US standard 3-4 star hotel you’ll find

This hotel is beautiful. Comfortable beds and amazing sea views. Food was good from the restaurant, just make sure to make a reservation the day before you plan on going. Location was good. Very quiet but only a few minute walk to stores and restaurants. Right next door to board walk that leads to tortoise breeding center. Pool was great to have after a hot day and sun beds were fantastic for relaxing.

Hotel ligt op een prachtige plek. Kamers zijn wat verouderd maar het uitzicht is geweldig. Zwembad is heerlijk en is prachtig. Personeel was echter niet super behulpzaam en reageerde cynisch op vragen en bij het opnemen van bestellingen. Diner is aan de zeekant terwijl het vroeg donker is. Ontbijt was aan de achterkant in een relatief sfeerloze zaal waarbij het zonde is dat ze dit niet aan de voorkant doen zodat je het uitzicht hebt. Kamers waren niet helemaal schoon, veel stof en vloer was helaas vies.

The view from the hotel and our room was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, this hotel is not a high end hotel and is not worth the price. There are just as nice hotels in Puerto Villamil for a lot less money that are also on the beach. The hospitality was sub-par, the front desk treated us more like an inconvenience as opposed to guests. The front desk was not always staffed, and at times you had to look around to find someone. We alerted the management to my dietary restriction but the staff looked at me each morning at breakfast like I had two heads when I requested almond milk. The room needed a deeper clean and maintenance as it had mildew in the shower, rust and the tile grout was crumbling. There were no cushions/pads on the chaise lounges on our balcony so sitting on them was incredibly uncomfortable as they are made of wood. Overall it is a nice hotel with a beautiful view but not worth the money.

This was a fantastic place to stay! We ended up booking this hotel extremely last minute due to no air conditioning in our previously booked hotel, and I’m so glad we did! It is a gorgeous hotel and the staff were all amazing! The pool overlooking the gorgeous blue water was the perfect ending to our day!

Fantastic property with friendly staff. Great food and drinks and comfortable accommodations. The pool was a great reprieve from the heat. Would definitely stay here again!

Without a doubt, best hotel in Isabela Island

A beautiful hotel, great location, a good breakfast and nice rooms with 2 cons: Bear in mind that double bed is not large enough for 2 adults and 2 double beds room does not fit 4 adults (although sold as such). In addition in order to have water in shower you need to push a button every 10 seconds which makes it very uncomfortable. Overall a good and beautiful hotel, but too expensive for the value you get.
