주변에 가까운 쇼핑몰이 있고 호텔도 매우 청결합니다. 상당히 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 단지 택시 기사분들이 호텔을 잘몰라 찾아갈때 조금 어렵습니다

the stay was good, confortable and nice. i will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with everything here. The room was large and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, as were the lunches we had at the hotel. Location next to a great park and an incredible botanical garden was fun. Easy to get to the old city via the new Metro.

I liked the location of this hotel in the town. very close to shopping mall, large park and metro. Hotel dining was excellent at reasonable price.

Property is located in a convenient, walkable area near Carolina park. There are plenty of dining and shopping options available close to the hotel. Everyone from security to all the staff were pleasant and helpful. There are also Metro train stations within a short walking distance if you wish to venture outside the area of La Carolina. Would definitely recommend this hotel many times over. Purpose of trip was a layover stop en route to another location in the country.

This hotel was fine, although a bit overpriced for what they offer in the rooms. The rooms were short on towels and the desk gave us only one key although there were two people in the room, a problem since the elevators required a key. Good part: The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Overall, just did not think it was worth the money and there are probably better hotels in Quito in that price range.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Overall appearance and the age of the property was very apparent. Looked great on photos but once there, just didn’t live up to expectations.

My friends and I showed up exactly at 10:30 PM when the restaurant was closing. We were soooo hungry after a long day of being stuck on the road. The chef and kitchen team were so kind, and still served us dinner (even though we were not staying there). We couldn’t have been more grateful as there were no available options around. The chef and staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. So for our last day in Quito, my friend and I decided to ditch the Airbnb and stay here! The staff’s kindness that night, made us feel comfortable and happy to choose this location as our last location in Quito. We will definitely come back on our next visit :)

The breakfast was really good, with some traditional Ecuadorian specialties. The bed and pillows were excellent in terms of comfort. Transportation is easy and available at any time. We had the best driver, a friendly and trusted one. We really enjoyed the stay.

Convenient to where I wanted to go and very nice. No complaints.

Carolina Park across the road was great for walking and exercise, full of attractions for family fun. The Botanic gardens was lovely outing, beautiful, interesting display of native and exotic flora and a10 min. Walk across the street. The staff were not only courteous and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate my every need unexpectedly as I don’t speak Spanish. Thankfully several of them did. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you to many tourist attractions, most of the places you will want to see around the city in just a few minutes. Great spot and you won’t be sorry to stay. As a sole traveller, I ate at the hotel every night and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with many healthy options available and the dinner menu was very good, nicely presented by the chef. AND the best margaritas I have had in Quito by far. Would happily revisit!
