Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana all'Amphoras Blu e siamo stati davvero bene.
La scelta di rendere il resort Adults Only è stata, secondo noi, vincente: finalmente si può trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e ideale per chi desidera riposarsi.
Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera appena ristrutturata, moderna, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è che non serve nemmeno l'adattatore: sono presenti sia prese compatibili con quelle europee sia porte USB per ricaricare comodamente telefoni e altri dispositivi.
Tutto il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile,sorridente e disponibile,facendoci sentire accolti in ogni momento.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Hadeer, che con la sua dolcezza, la sua disponibilità e il suo sorriso ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. È una persona che sa davvero far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e seguiti.
La cucina ci ha soddisfatto molto. Oltre al ristorante principale, è possibile prenotare gratuitamente una cena nei ristoranti à la carte del resort: quello italiano,davvero ottimo,quello libanese,il greco e il ristorante di pesce sulla spiaggia, tutti assolutamente da provare.
Una menzione anche alla pizza preparata sulla spiaggia all'ora di pranzo: è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Posso dire sinceramente che in Italia ne ho mangiate di peggiori.
Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e staccare la spina l'Amphoras Blu è un ottima scelta. Noi ci torneremo.

Hotel muito bom - excelente custo benefício. Equipe bastante prestativa, educada e atenciosa. Ótima localização. Pelo valor oferecido da diária com all inclusive, achei um excelente custo benefício. Pontos negativos: embora meu quarto ficasse de frente para praia, à noite era possível escutar um som alto, que durou até por volta das 22 horas. Como precisava acordar às 02:00 am para visitar Petra, o som alto acabou atrapalhando meu sono e descanso.

This hotel has no proper restaurant for only bed&breakfast. Around this hotel, neither it is. So I changed my option to be half-board. In this app bed&breakfast is $26 including tax and fee, and half-board is $28 but when I told the reception in order to be half-board, it became $10, 5 times more expensive than that in this app. I wanted to change my option in this app, if I could. I already told them it should be only $2 but they ignored me and repeatedly told me it's $10.... It's a 4 star hotel, everybody.

Disappointing stay despite strong reviews
I chose this hotel based on the high ratings and positive feedback compared to other properties in the area, but my overall experience was poor—mainly due to lack of communication, an unhelpful check-in experience, and the condition of the room.
My issues started before arrival. I received an automated message asking for my check-in time and whether I needed an airport pickup. I replied with the requested information and asked them to arrange airport pickup. After waiting 24 hours with no response, I sent a follow-up message—still no reply. When I arrived at the airport, I tried calling the hotel multiple times and no one answered. I ended up giving up and taking a taxi.
At check-in, I asked about early check-in (as mentioned in my earlier communication), but they had no rooms available. When I asked why no one responded to my messages, the front desk agent’s response was: “we get too many questions.” That was not a reassuring or professional answer. I then had to wait about an hour before getting access to my room.
Unfortunately, the room itself was the biggest disappointment. It felt very outdated and not well maintained. The lights were flickering, and the bathroom had visible mold and rust. I understand many guests spend most of their time outside, but basic cleanliness and upkeep should still meet a minimum standard.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and would happily and highly recommend it to others. All of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating, including the hotel reception team, who were especially helpful and professional.
Malak and Magdy provided exceptional service and worked extremely well as a team. They were always willing to help, frequently checked in on us, and promptly brought anything we requested.
The pool was clean and well-maintained with a friendly and attentive pool attendant. The waiters were hardworking, housekeeping was excellent and accommodating, and the bartenders were very kind. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the cleanliness, comfort, food, and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Anlage...
Die Aussicht war traumhaft (Meerblick).
Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber geputzt.... danke Ahmed..:-).....
Personal, sei es vom Service, Cleaner usw.waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wenn wieder Sharm el Sheik, sicher wieder ins Amphoras.

Zimmer:
Es gab keine Decken, nur zusätzliche im Schrank – deren Sauberkeit allerdings fraglich war.Der Zimmerservice vergisst ständig etwas: Statt Shampoo gab es zweimal Duschgel, oder es fehlten kleine Handtücher bzw. Fußtuch .
Das Zimmer wird inzwischen nur noch gegen Aufpreis gründlicher gereinigt.
Steckdosen:Heutzutage muss man Handys und andere Geräte gleichzeitig laden können – hier unmöglich! Es gibt nur eine funktionierende Steckdose, die anderen sind durch Tischlampen belegt. Ohne Lampen ist es zu dunkel, da es keine Deckenbeleuchtung gibt.
Zimmerkarte:Man bekommt nur eine Karte pro Zimmer – sehr unpraktisch, besonders wenn man mit einem Kind reist.
Strand:Zwei Tage lang war die Bieranlage kaputt, und es wurde nur warmes Bier aus Flaschen ausgeschenkt.
Die Pizza war zwar lecker, aber man musste sehr lange anstehen und bekam dann nur wenige Stücke. Der Pizzabäcker war außerdem extrem langsam.
Generell hatte man den Eindruck, dass das Essen am Strand absichtlich so verteilt wurde, dass möglichst wenige etwas bekamen.
Die Tücher am Strand sind völlig abgenutzt und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.
Außerdem gibt es dort sehr viele Krähen: Sie klauen Essen, wühlen in den Sachen, verstreuen Müll und koten auf die Liegen – die übrigens nie gereinigt werden.
Rezeption:
Leider ein Desaster.
Obwohl wir alle Englisch sprechen, taten die Mitarbeiter so, als würden sie uns nicht verstehen – oder wollten es absichtlich nicht.
Von Kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur: keine Komp
