Amazing service

Service from the front desk; egg station and Pool Bar was exceptional. Food was very good. The rooms are a very clean… but in need of a modern update.

Otel mukemmeldi. Deniz,sahil : okyanus gibi, her balik turu mevcut, dalmadan bile onlari gorebiliyorsunuz. Yemek : mutfak temiz ama restoranlarin havalandirmasi iyi degil. Yemeklerin tadi bizimkilerden farkliydi ama yinede iyiydi. Havuz : sicak ve soguk havuzu var, normaldi. Zemini biraz kalitesizdi ama temizdi. Aktiviteler : guzeldi, her sksam bi aktivite mevcut. Konaklama : odalar gayet temizdi. Fiyat performansa gore cok avantajli diyemem ama normaldi. Early check in late check out.

Her şey harikaydı. Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk aSon iki gün havanın. Kötü olması geri kalan her şey gayet iyiydi.

Very courteous staff throughout. Extremely clean. Very good restaurants with lent food options as well as the pool bar and cafe. The beach was clean and enjoyable. Best place to vacation at.

From the moment we arrived it had been amazing. The staff is wonderful en super helpful. They are always willing to help. The room and facilities were great. (The only thing is that the shower could have been better). I absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for an amazing time.

Otele girişte güler yüz ve çiçeklerle karşılandık resepsiyonda Hindistan cevizi aromalı soğuk içecek ikram ettiler ardından bizi öğle yemeğine gönderip işlemlerimizi hazırladılar yemek sonrası odamıza çıkardılar. Odalar geniş ferah balkonlu,yatak rahat ve çarşaflar temiz. Yemekler harikaydı, çok çeşit ana yemek vardı, ızgara stil, tavuk, balık, karides… Aç kalmak mümkün değil ve tatlılar meyveler saymakla bitmez. Kokteyller harika. Havuz çok temiz ve barında sneak yiyecekler harikaydı. Plajdaki barda aynı hizmeti veriyor. Otelin her noktası bakımlı ve temiz, personel çok güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Denizi de çok temizdi. Bazı geceler animasyon da oluyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve yıllık tatil planımıza bu oteli kesinlikle dahil ettik. İyi ki keşfetmişiz.

The staff was great and attentive, food was excellent with many different options, the hotel is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously kept, the rooms were very specious and clean, would return again

Çalışanlar düzgün insanlardı ellerinden geleni yaptılar, yemekler de çok iyidi. Her damak tadına hitap eden yemek vardı ama içecek konusunda eksikleri vardı. Özellikle yemeğin yanına ayran ve rakı çok iyi olabilirdi.

It was great!!

The hotel is very clean and the food is tasty. We like the pool area and the beach area. The staff is very friendly, when we need anything it was solved immediately. The service is way beyond my expectations. I certainly recommend it! An additional note: This was our first trip to Egypt. We also attended to the daily tours to Cairo and Ras Mohamed National Park. Based on our experience Egypt is safe.

Nel complesso è stato tutto bello. Tutti molto cordiali e servizievoli. Un grande ringraziamento a Amr e Ashraf i due ragazzi che lavorano al beach bar, persone di cuore e molto professionali. Non ci hanno mai fatto mancare niente. Noiosi e insistenti invece i fotografi della spiaggia, Ehab e Paolo.

The experience was great, the structure of the hotel is good and there’s plenty options of activities and entertainment, and the entertainment team is super nice, particularly Kito, Julia and Oscar. The food was good, everything was always clean and the staff is very helpful in general. I’ve had a a few situations with the staff at the beach bar where I would order something and they would make fun of me (like repeating what I said in a feminine voice, for example), or clearly talking about me in their language. Also, by the beach, you get chased every day, many times a day, by the people selling tours and sea activities, which is super annoying. I didn’t have a good experience with the scuba dive as well, they are very unprofessional and unprepared to deal and respect people, especially women. I wouldn’t recommend doing it if it’s your first time, cause it can be scary and, in my case, traumatising. I understand it’s a different company, but as it is within the hotel premises, they should try improving the customer service for a better experience. Overall experience was good, if we didn’t have to deal with this other situations it would have been excellent.

I liked all inclusive and stuff service. I did not like that I can not cheese restaurant.

Very nice hôtel, large swimming pool, very clean, incredible food, very nice staff and room quite ok. But the wifi is very slow, impossible to watch videos or work remotely, if I had known this before I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. And Russian is now the hotel's official language, due to the fact that 90% of guests speak only this.

The service of the hotel has significantly improved since my last visit two years ago. It has become even better while I liked it from the first time.

The Baron Palms Resort, seems to be the upper market neighbor to the Baron Resort next door, and for good reason. The property is, like many others, a 20 minute free shuttle ride into Namma Bay, but a short taxi trip to the airport. The property is beautifully manicured, swimming pools are immaculate and large, the staff are top tier and the food at the hotel restaurants is mostly buffet and mediocre, but as good as any other high-end resorts in the area. Everything was available and worked well in our room, and the wifi was strong, fast and stable. The resort appears to be a favorite for Russians and Kazakhs but the staff all speak English as well as some Russian. A tip: ask for a discount for the transport to the airport, a hedge against the exorbitant cost of the hotel taxi service. You will pay a reasonable price. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Resort molto bello, pulito e tranquillo. La spiaggia è bellissima e consente un semplice accesso al mare. La barriera corallina nei dintorni è molto bella e piena di pesci di vario tipo. Il personale dell'albergo è molto gentile e disponibile.
