O hotel de uma maneira geral é muito bom. O quarto, a equipe de staffe e localização Entretanto, faço uma ressalva quanto ao all inclusive. Para que aqueles que estão acostumados com esse modelo no Caribe e no nordeste brasileiro por exemplo, sabiam q o modelo egípcio é bem diferente. Primeiro no que diz respeito à disponibilidade de alimentos entre as refeições. O regime está mais para uma pensão completa com as bebidas liberadas. O segundo ponto é em relação a variedade dos alimentos (novamente usando como base os modelos de all inclusive do Caribe e do nordeste brasileiro), achei pouca diversidade tanto de comida como de bebidas. As sobremesas são mais bonitas do que saborosas. Mesmo assim eu recomendo pelo custo/benefício!

The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.

Abgewohnt, Föhn ohne Funktion obwohl zweimal reklamiert. Baustelle überall. Baustellendreck wird nicht weggeräumt. Kaltes Wasser unter der Dusche. Personal aufdringlich für Trinkgeld. Einfach nur schlecht!

Die Anlange ist abgewohnt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Bonjour, je me permet de laisse ce commentaire pour mettre en garde tout les futurs clients ! pour ma 4 éme en Egypte j'ai pris en derniere minute le Panorama Bungalow et sa été un cauchemar non pas que pour moi mais pour casiement beaucoup de personnesque j'ai croisé pendant ces vacance ! Personnelle tres désagreable de l'acceuil au chambre aucun sens du relationnelle et du respect, restauration je déconseille totalement la nourriture na aucun gout je dirais déguelasse , après mettre renseigné l'eau de la piscine n'a pas été n'a pas été changer depuis Fin Juin !!! tenez vous pret à vous gratter le corp toute vos vacances ... Ceci dit je vais pas détruire toute la reputation de cette Hotel ... pour ma part c'est Limite un UNE ETOILE pas 4 !!! vous le verrais de vous meme ci vous y allez ! Dégeuuuuu Byyyy

This was the worst experience I've ever had. Once I arrived, the reception told me we don't have your name in the check in list and we don't deal with hotels.com I tried to contact Hotels.com in anyway for 1 hour while having my wife tired from the 14 hours road trip and my 9 months baby crying And I couldn't get in contact with anyone. so now after 1 hour the reception is still telling me this is a scam and it happens all the time. And some travellers started to feel sorry for me.. So I started to contact my bank to file a fraud request and close my credit card while trying to know what should I do next and where to stay while not having enough balance in my card. after hour and half someone from the reception started doing some calls and got to understand that this is a third party reservation through Expedia I didn't get much on the details of why this happend, but it was a very bad start and I can fairly say, We couldn't enjoy our vacation in that place despite having some good entertaining facilities

There is no internet in the rooms and only available in the bar, lobby, or pool IF the connection is good. The food was repetitive and not very good. The rooms are outdated. My hot water for showers did not work. There are no phones in the rooms either. I really enjoyed the Animation Team, the beach, and the alcoholic beverages.

التكييف فى الغرفه سيئ للغايه وقمت بالاتصال بالريسبشن لتصليحه ولكن دون جدوي بالاضافه الى عدم اضافة زجاجات مياه فى الميني بار وضعوبة الحصول على مياه بعد الساعه العاشره مساء

It was fine overall, but intended more for families and groups rather than couples, Id say. Most of them there were families and kids. Our room, since it had a sea view, and so it is in the new building, did not have any phone. ALL THE ROOMS ALSO HAVE NO WIFI. Wifi is only in the reception area. Laundry costs like 20 US dollars for 1 load. That's ridiculously over-priced, but they did say they ironed everything, although we did not ask for ironing, they just added it on their own based on their assumptions. We took our clothes and packed it into our luggage as we were leaving the next morning. no point in ironing at all. They claim there are 4 restaurants, but it seemed only 1 actually had full-service food/dining for all three meals.

Nice hotel and great vacation with my family my children love the hotel so thanks for the team there

العاملين و خاصة في المطعم ودودين و يقدموا المساعدة بشكل جيد جدا الإقامة بشكل عام كانت جيدة جدا و عمل الطاقم علي إسعاد النزلاء

الاقامه مقبوله ولاكن موظفى الاستقبال كلمتهم سيف على رقبة النزلاء

الفندق شعبي جدا تحس انك في مركز شباب رحلات النقابات والهيئات الحكوميه قضت علي جمال الفندق

The hotel will be amazing if they change the chief of restaurtant ( the food has no variety) and bad taste.

Bueno: -La comida es variada y de buena calidad. -Los trabajadores son amables y atentos. -Las camas grandes y cómodas. -El detalle de dejar una botella de agua gratuita en la habitación es de agradecer (en Egipto no es recomendable beber del grifo). Malo: -El agua de la ducha salía o muy fría o muy caliente. No había término medio. -Las bebidas dejan mucho que desear. Además, en los dos dias que estuvimos, ¡nunca tuvieron hierbabuena para los mojitos! -La playa privada también deja mucho que desear. Es poca cosa.

The all inclusive experience at Panorama was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and the 3 meals were delicious. My group appreciated the free box lunch that is provided upon request for those who have excursions preventing them from having breakfast or lunch at the hotel. The bathroom wasn't clean enough to western standards, the door couldn't even lock. One light bulb needed fixed as well. And I was a little disappointed that the 24 hour bar did not have my favorite Pina Colada! They have a real nice Italian restaurant that requires advanced reservation. Since we didn't know . . . The staff lovingly made an exception and allowed us to dine in the restaurant. There is nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. However, for 3LE you can usually find a Microbus heading to Dahar (city center of Hurghada). There is also an infrequent shuttle bus ran by GO Bus that costs about twice the price. I personally never actually saw this bus.
