DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh - Sharks Bay Resort

The hotel service was excellent. Mohammed mahfuz was especially very kind and helped me.

La struttura si trova vicino all’aeroporto, a due passi da Soho, a 10 min da Naama bay e 20 min da Sharm vecchia, molto accessibile a tutto. È una struttura nuova e pulita. All’arrivo abbiamo chiedo l’up grade e ci hanno dato una camera STUPENDA. Grazie ancora a Mohamed che ci ha fatto trascorrere un soggiorno strepitoso. La spiaggia si trova un po’ distante ma c’è il mini Bus che passa ogni 5 min, sennò una bella camminata non fa mai male. La spiaggia è piccola e non ci sono lettini per tutti quindi vi consiglio di alzarvi presto al mattino. Lo staff in spiaggia è simpaticissimo e cordiale. Il cibo un po’ così, se andate per mangiare non ve lo consiglio; io alla fine ho gradito, ho evitato di prendere i soliti 5 kg che si prendono in vacanza. Ci tornerei? Si.

I wish they would fix the hair salon. It’s overpriced and they don’t even have the right equipments. The hair stylist was nice and friendly but he doesn’t know what he’s doing, couldn’t figure out how to curl my hair or anything and they don’t use hair protective before a blow out. I couldn’t picture their nail techs and their spa service. They over charge for an unequipped facility. I wouldn’t use it.

Good stuff and perfect hotel

Hotel needs an upgrade of condition and facilitites asap. Furnitures are from 80s in the room, bed was loose which did not help for a comfortable stay. Yet, staff is helpful and breakfast is decent

The area is great, the food was bad - they don't cater for foreign visitors, it mostly local food. Their service response takes very long. The entertainment was boring - the program that is advertised does not happen. The accommodation was good - neat and clean but they clean the rooms very late and they don't clean properly. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

Çok konforluydu. Temizlik mükemmel ve özellikle yatak ve yastıklar o kadar iyi ki aşırı dinlenmiş başlıyorsun güne. Personeller çok cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. 3 gece kaldık.

Splendid stay!

Nothing has changed since the nineties. The hotel is run down, waiters are great but food quality is what it is. Never seen the entertainment crew do anything for the turists. We were there for diving, all other guests mainly for drinking cheap Egyptian alcohol.

Enjoyed all-inclusive week and a half stay with family of five. Convenient, well priced and wonderful service.

Absolutely loved my stay at doubletree Sharm el sheikh. It was the most comfortable and entertaining holiday. It was very convenient as I had a little one with me. The beach was such a close walk and also had a minibus going there. The all inclusive option was nice however I feel like they could have made the lunch and dinner options a bit more exciting. The staff were the nicest. The entertainment was really good!! Overall very clean, fun and relaxing. Highly recommend!
