급히 얼리체크인을 요청했는데도 흔쾌히 수락해주셨습니다. 그 외, 허니문이라하니 케익서비스도 주시고 전반적으로 굉장히 품격있는 호텔이라는 인상이 들었습니다. 다만 수영장은 밤 12시까지 이용가능하다고 하였으나 실제로 저녁8시쯤에 가니 수영장이용은 안되고 비치바 이용만 가능하여 결국 수영장은 못써봤습니다. 조식도 그렇게 좋진 않았습니다. 그러나 전반적인 관리상태 및 서비스가 굉장히 좋았습니다

I like the name and legacy. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately.

The rooms and service is outstanding as you will expect from a four seasons hotel. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. However the Christmas lunch had no entertainment and was a dull experience for us as we chose the hotel for this reason .

While the property is fantastic, with many dining options and facilities, it is the staff that make the four seasons nile plaza exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again when visiting Cairo.

VERY OLD ROOM AND TOILETTE AND THE SOME OF STUFF THEY ARE PROMISE THINGS TO DO FOR CLEAN AND THEY ARE DIDN'T DO IT. WHEN I CHECKED OUT DIDN'T ASK ME HOW IS YOUR EXPERIENCE AT OUR HOLTEL JUST LET ME GO WITH ANY COMMENT. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
