가이아 피라미드 호텔

El personal del hotel es maravilloso, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese fantástica, son muy detallistas y ante cualquier duda te ayudan a resolverla. El desayuno muy bueno, variado y completo. Sin duda volvería.

All staff were very friendly at the hotel. On arrival, our room was not ready. We were offered complimentary welcome drinks and a choice of pasta/pizza at the restaurant. This was a kind gesture as due to new rules local places were closing at 9pm. The hotels restaurant stays open until midnight. I had reserved a quadruple room with a pyramid view. On allocation, the room was tiny, sufficient for a two person stay. I checked with reception, and they advised that was all that was available! We were travelling as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. On further checks they advised if I waited another 40 mins they could have another room made for us but did not come with a pyramid view, we committed (lack of choice). The rooms in general are ok, there is a lot of renovation required but at the price you cant really complain. The staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were amazing; the breakfast selection was huge. Lots of good choices for breakfast. Overall, good for the pyramid views but you would be compensating comfort, in my opinion. My kids could not wait until we checked out. Thankfully we only booked a single night.

I did not get the room I booked. Instead they transferred me to a sister company, in which the price is half of this price. Worst hotel staff ever!

We recently spent 10 nights at the Gaia Pyramids Hotel. As a family of 6, we had 2 quad rooms to ensure there was enough space for us all. Reading other reviews, we were hoping for a nice stay at a reasonable hotel - our expectations were totally blown away. The hotel was absolutely amazing! When it says Pyramid view, they totally mean it, I was not expecting to see the great pyramids literally across the road! Did not get tired of the view whatsoever. The staff, the amenities, everything was amazing. We booked all of our tours via the team at the hotel, they arranged our cars and tour guides (paid for by us of course) but we knew we would trust what they could find for us.

Friendly staff. A special thank you to Tony who served us breakfast each morning, so polite and kind. The room was clean although very noisy due to traffic outside. We were just a short taxi ride from the pyramid main entrance. The hotel would book a taxi when needed. A fantastic break away.

Location is good

pagamos 166 euros para la suite pero no pudimos alojarnos en la habitación reservada, en cambio nos derivaron a otro hotel. Habíamos reservado este hotel precisamente para evitar este tipo de estafa. De todos modos el hotel es más viejo de lo que parece en las fotos por las zonas comunes que vimos.

Did not receive the room (with balcony overlooking the pyramids) that we booked for well in advance. Was given a room at back of hotel of much lesser value with no change in payment rate!! Staff otherwise friendly. We were offered free meal to compensate. Was extremely disappointing as the hotel was selected for the Room, location and the view.

部屋はとても清潔でシャワーの水圧も十分で満足でした。朝食プランでしたが、何種類からか選べてどれも美味しかったです。スタッフもサービス精神旺盛で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ここのホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

Equipe excepcional

At first I was disappointed that the room I booked is a bit different from the ones in the Expedia. But after my 2 days , I was so happy . The bedsheets are immaculately clean. Free breakfast is good. Staff super to the max friendly. Complimentary tray of fruits all the time . and I had a very good sleep.

The Gaia Pyramids has an amazing view of the Pyramids and the staff provide the most welcoming and excellent service attending to your needs better than some of the higher end hotels. Shahd, Tony, Ismail made our stay worth staying. However the rooms and location was not a welcoming stay. The hotel is located on a main road and that means beeping horns, cars, lorries and truck noises all day and all night. The windows and doors are not sound proof, the breakfast is ok, but not hot its best to state you want the breakfast to be hot. Alternative breakfasts provided were much more tastier like the traditional Egyptian couscous, (this is not on the menu). There were a number of blackouts due to the electricity meter running out. Upon arrival our room with a view was far too noisy to stay in, the hotel was kind enough to change the room for us, however this was a downgraded room the TV didn't work, the bathroom smelt of sewage water and the there was no view a price we paid for a quieter nights sleep. Unfortunately the noise was this the same. If you are staying for a short stay and want to be near the Grand Egyptian Museum or the Pyramids then Gaia is a potential.

No shop and restaurants near the hotel!

Zunächst: Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick sind grandios. Aber: Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und sind ziemlich abgewohnt. Besonders störend ist allerdings der Lärm. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, auf der 24h extrem viele Autos fahren, hupen, stinken. Die Fenster bieten selbst geschlossen keine Isolation, so dass es sich nachts anfühlt, als wenn man mitten auf der Straße schläft.

今までで宿泊したホテルの中で1番最低でした。 宿泊日の前日に、予約した部屋に宿泊することが不可能と連絡が来ました。 代わりの素敵なホテルを用意すると言われ、かなりレベルの低いホテルに連れて行かれました。予約していたホテルの料金を大きく下回っているレベルでした。 予約していた部屋に初めから宿泊させる気のない詐欺だと後で気付きました。 代わりに用意されたホテルも汚く、停電と断水が一時的に起こりました。 本当にこのホテルを予約をしないことをおすすめします。

피라미드 뷰가 하나만으로도 갈 이유가 됩니다. 직원들이 엄청 친절해서 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다.

Beautiful view of the pyramids. Staff was exceptional throughout my stay. Clean, friendly, polite and most importantly helpful. I can't say that I've had a better hotel experience in my life. I can say anything bad about my experience.

Yo reservé una habitación deluxe con balcón y vistas, la cual solo se respetó la primera noche,al día siguiente en medio de un tour el hotel me pide sacar mis maletas por que me van a cambiar de habitación porque según ellos esa no era mi habitación y me cambiaron a otra súper pequeña sin balcón y con vistas a una calle donde todo el tiempo se escuchaba ruido con el argumento de que expedía da mal las especificaciones, me exigían que regresara al hotel o ellos moverían mis cosas, la verdad es un robo lo que hace el hotel, no lo recomendaría a menos que se reserve la habitación más sencilla para evitar esta estafa.
