Iberotel Palace - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus

Usually very calm and relaxing hotel with excellent food and service. The New Year’s Eve event was quite spectacular. The beach bar and a la Carte restaurants were a nice addition. Only issues were excessive noise on one morning from the hotel next door and a very noisy aqua class

Very homely and confirtable. Hospitality is very good.particularly the Manager Sami Abdel Azim makes sure all guests are happy. And Wahab Mustafa and all his peer staff wiek hard and sametime polite and kind. At the beach Ayman Salam is very helpful and on the feet always to keep the guests comfortable.bar staff entertainment team and room cleaners also to be mentioned of their dedicated work.plenty of appetising food and varies every meal daily.beach is clean. Overall excellent during our 10days stay during christmas vacation.

Hallo alles war wunderbar wir fliegen nächstes Jahr wieder nach Sharm El Sheikh,und sind wieder im Hotel Iberotel Palac ,nur der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat nicht geklappt,mussten nochmals 10 Dollar bezahlen,werden nie mehr bei Expedia einen Transfer buchen .

Very attentive staff, always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable, the food in the hotel was very good and varied. The location is great, the souk is within easy walking distance. We can only recommend this hotel!

Excellent service from the beach to the restaurants, entertainment not the best but it was ok

De service is super . Staff en directie is altijd bereid en helpt waar het kan . Niets is teveel . Accomodatie wordt wat ouder . Hier en daar minpuntjes die opdagen doordat het hotel verouderd . Maar de nieuwe Beach Bar is zeker al een eerste stap! Goede keuze om te relaxen .

The hotel was quite good in terms of cleanliness. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly, but I cannot say the same for the bar section. The bar was pretty slow. The food was delicious but there was very little variety. Food variety should be increased. It was also very nice that they gave us a takeaway meal since we were leaving the hotel at night. The best part of the hotel was the sea. The beach was wonderful.

Great experience as a solo traveller. Bar staff attentive and the food was good.

Cosy rooms and excellent service for drinks and in the restaurants. Entertainment team is enough and nice. Particularly appreciated the late check-out and airport transfer, both services not expensive

Soggiorno a dir poco incantevole! Il resort bellissimo, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e la possibilità di andare in una spiaggetta a 5 minuti di barca a vedere la barriera corallina. Ottimo menù internazionale nei due ristoranti, bar sempre aperti e disponibili con molta varietà di bevande e snack, la formula all inclusive fantastica! Ma la cosa più bella del nostro soggiorno è stato il personale: sempre gentile, disponibile e col sorriso. Ogni persona che abbiamo incontrato ci salutava e ci chiedeva come stava andando la nostra giornata, ogni volta che entravamo in ristorante ci veniva aperta la porta e spostata la sedia per farci accomodare, ci siamo sentiti veramente trattati da re! I ragazzi egiziani sono meravigliosi e sono sicuramente il punto a favore di questo resort. In particolare ringraziamo i ragazzi della reception e delle camere, molto gentili e disponibili, e Moman del ristorante centrale che con la sua simpatia e gentilezza ha reso il nostro soggiorno un sogno. Torneremo sicuramente non appena avremo occasione!

Otel konumu merkezi. Odalar temiz ve ferah. Acik bufe yemek ve kahvalti guzel. Gec check out yapmamiza izin verildi. Genel olarak oneriyorum.

2nd time at this hotel and just not as good as last time 1st off despite requesting the same room as last time didn’t get this and to top it off put us in a room with twin beds Room changed on day 2 but still not ground floor Room cleaning has been dia no sculptures bed sheets too small for bed and beach towels not changed as they were changed at 4pm yet you can stay on the beach or in the pool until 6 Pillows left on floor and dirty glasses by beds The food seems to be of a lesser quality lots of chicken and kofta and as for the wine all I can say is paint stripper The staff are excellent but little things like lack of beach service and now water bottles not available only glasses of water which they struggle generally with glasses god knows who this will work. The above comments have left me seriously considering if I would return !

Super efficient professional and friendly staff who truly go above and beyond to ensure your holiday to to the maximum satisfaction, shame the staffs work ethics are not as prevalent at home. The dining experiances at Tuscana & Ali Baba restaurants are amazing along with the cocktails and food add further enhancements to a wonderful value for money holiday, the general manager and customer relations are always walking around should you wish to raise any issue and they re approachable and will take action and not fob you off. Overall rooms excellent, service and staff exceptional and fantastic value for money, you will find it hard to better this adult only hotel for 16 years old and over, see you all soon.
