The Jaz is a lovely Oasis in Giza, close to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The facilities are very good, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the security is also excellent.

This is a beautiful resort! The greenery and flowers are very beautiful and add a lot to the property.The hotel has a very nice set up and the pool/ outdoor bar is very relaxing. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff were very kind and accomodating! Really appreciated the above and beyond service from all members of the team. We only had a chance to try the breakfast, but it was pretty good! Lots of options. The bar drinks were also good! Also a very convenient location for seeing the sights in Giza! Overall highly recommend!

The bathroom was a very good size, the room and bedsheets clean, breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty to choose from, especially for vegetarians. On request fries can be requested and vegetarian pizza. The staff were very accommodating and the location is in the upper end of the expensive neighbourhood. However, there is not many places to walk to, the location is next to a motorway standard road so you will need to get a taxi if you don't choose half board and do not want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast is from 6am to 10.30am and dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm. The location is away from the scammers part of Giza which is good. The taxi service at the hotel is very poor, the person wanted 40 us dollars for a round trip to Grand Egyptian Museum only 3 miles away and Uber charged 4 us dollars for a round trip. The gift shops within the complex are also a rip off. Overall we were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our trip and would recommend JAZ pyramids Resort as a good choice.

Too cold to use pool but looked nice and gardens well looked after. Problem Was rooms had bad noise problems from poorly maintained AC and poor sound separation from adjacent rooms. Had to change rooms twice ( once in mid of the night) There is nothing near the hotel so taxi needed to get anything. Staff were very good which made a big difference. Hotel good for families who want time at a pool away from things and happy to eat in hotel

Das Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere das Spa ist de facto nicht nutzbar weil teilweise kaputt, teilweise einfach nur verdreckt. Der Massageraum ist ein kleines, höchst ungemütliches und kaltes Kämmerlein, das die stolzen Preise der angebotenen Massagen in keinster Weise rechtfertigt. Das Zimmer an sich war okay, zumindest war nichts kaputt und das Housekeeping hat wunderbar funktioniert. Schön ist, dass die Anlage einen sehr gepflegten Garten hat. Frühstück und Abendessen gab’s in Buffetform und geschmeckt hat das Essen auch immer, wenngleich es eigentlich jeden Abend dasselbe gab: gegrilltes Hühnchen, frittierten Fisch, irgendwas in Soße mit Rind. Dazu Reis, vorzugsweise Bohnen als Gemüsebeilage, ein sehr umfangreiches und wirklich leckeres Salatbuffet, diverse orientalische Süßspeisen. Die Getränkepreise werden nur in US-Dollar angegeben und sind als „gehoben“ zu bezeichnen (Bier 8$, Wein 10-12$). Allein die Lage zum GEM und zu den Pyramiden macht es empfehlenswert.

Quiet location and friendly staff.

Ich kann das Resort nur empfehlen. Sehr sauber. Aufmerksames Personal. Großartiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen und das Buffet sind von guter Qualität. Die Speisen und Getränke waren alle bedenkenlos genießbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.

Rent spaciöst rum som hade karaktär. Sköna sängar. Fick först ett rum med stora fönster som inte hade mörkläggningsgardiner, men en ansvarig tjej var mycket hjälpsam och hjälpte mig att hitta ett rum som var mycket bättre. Fin pool och god frukost. Mycket bra läge för att besöka GEM och pyramiderna

Rooms are good but really difficult to regulate the warmth in the colder nights. Yousef on check in superb and all other staff friendly and obliging. Food especially the buffet at $37:00 very over priced for what it is. Eat at the Hilton in Cairo only €50. The quality could not be compared to El Dar Darak Restaurant costing $25 for two three course meals for two people and only $1:50 taxi ride each way. Do not book a taxi/luxury third party at the hotel. They were going to charge $50 each way for the ride to El Dar Darak, more than the meal.

The hotel was very clean everywhere - rooms, restaurants, and the public areas. The staff were very courteous and were always keen to help. Everything in the room worked fine. Water and coffee/tea making facilities were constantly provided in the room and replenished on request. Beautiful gardens and lawns everywhere. I paid for breakfast and dinner (half board) in my room rate. Breakfast was fine with a large choice. Dinner (buffet) was okay with generally the same items but slight daily variations. Not good that water was charged at exhorbitant rate during dinner. Simple drinking water should be provided for free. Hotel is not too far from the GEM or the Giza pyramids. Although you would need a taxi to either of them. Uber is cheap and available.

Good place overall away from the chaos of Cairo and Giza. However, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. Breakfast and dinner are ok, nothing to rave about. Be careful with the Taxi guy at reception, he will quote you mega overpriced trips.

Het personeel maakte het verschil: zeer beleefd, behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach. Geen vraag was te veel en je voelde je echt welkom.

Staff was helpful. Room was cold and heater not heating. Furnitures are old.

The gardens are amazing, the room clean & staff very attentive. I had a lovely massage whike staying there. The included breakfast was excellent. The price of the beer & wine was very expensive though. US$10 for small glass of wine. Understand this is a non drinking culture but even a wine at the fantastic Kfuhu Restaurant in the Pyramids complex was cheaper.

It’s a nice place. I would stay again. Only thing I don’t like much is that the rooms are very far from lobby and everything. Room service is ok, but you call them for them to bring the menu. Why not to keep the menu in the room? And food is good but very expensive compared to any other place in Egypt. Buffet is usd 37 per person and doesn’t include drinks. I find it excessive. And… the drinks in the mini bar are HALF price of room service (before service rate) … I think they have a lot to improve but good enough to give them 4 stars
