물도하나안줌 히터안됨 전구하나고장 조식박스는 훌륭 그외는 다별로임

기차역에 가까이 있어서 룩소르로 갈때 편리하였다. 호텔의 시설은 낡았으나 관리가 잘 되는것 같았다. 앞이 바로 나일강이라 페루카 타기도 편했다. 딱 그 가격의 그 호텔이다. 나쁘지 않았다.

We got a airport pickup and it was comfortable. The driver was so kind. The reception help us to make a reservation to Abu simbel, and prepare our breakfast box. It was simple but good. The location was good. Near from train station, market, restaurant, Nile river. The only thing was noise from outside and another guests in the night. We stayed here only for the Abu simbel tour. The tour starts at 3am so we tried to get to bed early. But because of the noise we couldn't sleep. Another guests was so noisy (especially baby guests at 11pm).

화장실 물이 쫄쫄쫄 나오는게 별로 였음. 구글맵에서 위치와 실제 위치가 다름. 기차역과 가까움.

This hotel was wonderful—very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we had a 4 a.m. tour. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very old property

The best part of this hotel was the staff at the front desk and the door. They were super helpful getting us the InDrive app to catch a very early ride to the airport. The location was also very good, right by the ferry, train station and market. The room itself was very old and pretty dirty but the sheets were crisp and clean. The door key stopped working and it was a big problem also so they gave us a manual key.

It was a good relaxing hotels, staff were very helpful

インターネットが使えなかったので星一つ減らしたけど、スタッフがみんな親切。部屋から見えるナイル川がとてもいい。素敵なホテルでした。

Front office and HK are very friendly and helpful

It was one night family stay in Marhaba Hotel. The staff was amazing, extremly kind, very helpful. We loved the swimming pool, my kids enjoyed it very much. The food served for breakfast was local, so if someone is not keen on it and wants something more " European ", unfortunately the choice is very limited. The hotel is situated right next to a very noisy road and there is some building/ renovation work going on on the side. As we were led to our room, it appeared the air-conditioning was faulty . It had a large balcony with the view on the Nile ( and the road as well, which you dont see looking at the profile pictures on the webside) . We were moved to another room, with a working air-conditioning but a tiny side balcony facing building side. We were not happy with that so the management offered 2 smaller rooms including one for smokers ( the smell of cigarettes was very strong, ash tray in the room) As we travelled as a family with 2 autistics kids, we insisted on one room. There was no other choice, only the family room without view, with a tiny balcony facing a wall and building side., even thought we had paid for a big family room with a view on the Nile. I understand, that the hotel is situated next to a dusty , busy road, , but the level of dust in the room was unacceptable. The toilet was dirty with unpleasant brownish marks. Unfortunately, we had an awful, noisy night.

Bien, confortable

El hotel en su fallada esta bien, pero las habitaciones son un desastre, sucias y mal organizadas, algunas cosas viejas y sin funcionamiento, como el frigorífico o las ventanas, mala conexión a internet, bastante tristes.

駅に近いので便利だが、列車の汽笛や自動車の警笛、さらには犬の鳴き声が夜通しうるさい。窓が完全に閉まらず、暖房も無いので寒かった。ただし、従業員は親切だった。

Very Old property, the doors does not work the shower broke down in the middle of the night and staff does not know English. It was horrible experience. The breakfast sucks they charge for the omelette. I will not visit this hotel again.

Very old and dingy place

The pictures are so wrong, most of those amenities does not exist anymore, pictures are probably very old, this place hasn’t been updated since then, we requested a non-smoking room and they give us a smoker, after talking to front desk and ask for a room change, the person said - we will fix it - and sent a housekeeping person with a air freshener and spray here and there … didn’t do anything, the smell was so strong and penetrated in walls, curtains and linens, the “ac” filter was full of smoke and cigarette smell, this was so disgusting and a huge health hazard, was hard to breathe. The phone never worked , no toilet paper, the fan in the bathroom was broken, doors and windows didn’t locked, the “AC” was probably from 1960 same as the pictures, while running ( because it stops several times ) was so loud that was hard to listen to anything else , never cool down the little room even set to the minimum temperature, just made it super humid ( plus smoke smell), a complete NIGHTMARE. We had to get our stuff and don’t spend the night there.

El hotel un poco viejo pero bien para lo que pagamos, la piscina no la usamos solo la vimos sin embargo no dan ganas de querer meterse se ve descuidada, me gusto que hay varios restaurantes cerca y se puede ir a pie, el trato del personal excelente

Hotel tranquilo de facil acceso el trato excepcional del personal, el hotel es un poco antiguo sin embargo todo funciona bien, las dos noches que estube hospedada tebia tour muy temprano asi que nos alistaron el desayuno, un poco basico pero bien de todo un poco.
