The hotel was lovely. It's location is a little different as it's on the third story of a mixed use building, but the rooms themselves were modern & comfortable. The linens and staff were all great. We were able to check in early and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

When I arrived at the hotel late at night despite having received a receipt for my reservation, I was told that they did not have a room available and I had to walk to a hotel in the same family.

I paid for my room online yet when I arrived at 8 pm they told me that no room is available! They suggested I find another hotel while I already PAID for 3 nights at this dirty hotel. I had to wait till after midnight to get a room! The room was dirty and equipment were falling apartment - eventhough the hotel was newly renovated. The breakfast is poor ( only 2 cheese sandwiches). Not recommended at all.
