Good enought to stay, but little bit old and need to be renovated.

The hotel looks OK, but the staff is a disaster. Not lisening, procedures are more important than the guest, not keeping their promises, not reachable. Terrible!

Nice hotel

Pool was amazing

Dirty rooms only the main lobby building is renovated the rest of the hotel are afar clusters built in 2001 without any maintenance The staff is rude unprofessional and my assistant was harassed after mid night by their security staff never again to stay there one of my worst experiences in Cairo

The outdoor pool is nice, however, as soon as you walk into the hotel the AC is very high and cold, we all got sick for that reason, we complained several times about this issue and it was neglected until they saw how ill we all became and the AC was then reduced at an acceptable normal level. The pool staff are lovely, the breakfast and breakfast staff are lovely, however overall hotel food, very limited options, its best to eat out but the issue to that is limited transport, everything needs a car there is nothing walking distance. Its more of a 3, maybe pushing 4 star hotel compared to other hotels I have been to.

The hotel was beautiful but lacked children entertainment and regular activities. Also the staff were not able to understand English so well but were super friendly, kind and caring. Specially Ahmed Abu Maryam and Mostapha from breakfast. Also, Fehmi was fantastic and helped us with our concerns and any issues we had. Fehmi went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. What a star!!

had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, which made the experience truly comfortable. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like & I’d be happy to return and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff is so lazy and don’t help at all. They hire 5 at the gate and non of them opens the door to greet us when we are carrying a lot of bags Room was dirty at the time of arrival and I had to call them to clean it At the restaurant area next to the pool you have to ask 10 times for someone to place the order

الفندق جميل ولاكن يلزمه بعض التجديد العاملون في الفندق ينجزون مهامتهم على اكمل وجه ويفعلون كل مايلزم لكي يشعر الزائر بالراحه كل من قابلتهم ممن يعملون داخل الفندق يقدرون الزائر بشكل مميز ويوجد من هم على اعلى درجه من المهنيه الرائعه والتي تشعرك انك حقاً مع اناس قريبين منك جداًفي باحه الفندق هناك شخصيه مميزه جداً وهي الانسه شيماء وفي مطعم البوفيه يوجد شخص على اعلى درجه من المهنيه الرائعه التي لا تجدها بكثير من الاماكن وهوا شخص مميز جداً جداً اسمه مصطفى وايضاً شيف المطبخ السيد جمال العطار ومساعده الشيف رضا اود شكر كل من قام على خدمتي طوال فترة اقامتي

We had a lovely experience at the hotel, Everyone greets you with a smile and they are always there for any help Food was delicious and we had a lovely surprise for my Husband’s Birthday. Madonna and Shaimaa You are doing an amazing Job. Thank You so much for making out stay more than amazing

Our room was never cleaned properly. Dust bunnies in all corners, they don’t really wash the floor but dry mop it. Toilet flushing buttons were never wiped clean and ironing board was left out. The curtains are set high and heavy and half falling off. Air conditioner temperature control really didn’t work well and was too cold so we shut it off to adjust the temperature. The fridge in the room was never stocked and they were going to charge me like I drank the entire minibar. The charge was removed. Bibi’s restaurant was good. Communication wasn’t that great.

Very nice hotel / resort, clean , awesome customer service, front lobby people’s very helpful. The main restaurant staff kindly, friendly and helpful. Nada, Samar and others staff in the main restaurant were very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

Cadre assez agréable. Le personnel est assez sympa. Par contre, la qualité de repas n'était pas bonne du tout.

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly. A little pushy with giving 5* reviews . The mosquitoes were a bit much and sitting outside is quite annoying because of that. The access to get to the hotel is a pure nightmare to be honest. Not one taxi driver could find the entrance. It is very difficult to get there.
