Park Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort

침대 안에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다. 숙소는 전반적으로 오래되어 부식되고 나무들은 많이 삭아있었습니다. 서비스는 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 요구에 빠르게 응답해주었습니다. 수영장은 크고 깨끗하지만 따뜻한 온수풀은 없어서 추웠습니다. 시내로 가는 택시는 $10을 요구했지만 인드라이브 어플을 사용하는것을 추천합니다. 4분의1값에 편도로 다녀왔습니다. 호텔은 공항으로의 셔틀교통을 제공합니다. 하루 전에 신청하는걸 추천합니다.

시설과 위치, 직원들은 친철하였음. 올인클루시브 음식이 아쉬움. 5성급이 아니라 4성급 정도의 음식수준

I had a good expectation when I checked in Hyatt regency from 12th August to 17th August but I really disappointed with their bad service quality. No.1. I booked a room with sea view but they gave me a room with garden view which was hided with trees and cannot see outside. and there were many dust and little stones on the floor of that room.I demanded to change room to the reception desk. they said that they would change a room with sea view at 9 a.m but they broke their promise and they chaned a room at around 3p.m without saying any sorry. No.2. Room cleaning was not regular.Some days were that they did a room cleaning in the morning and some days were that they did nothing so that I made a phone call and demand them to do a room cleaning. 3. When It was a time to check out, We booked an airport transfer taxi at 3:30a.m. The hotel was going to send a cart to my room in order to move our luggages at 3:00a,m. but no cart was coming on time. The cart was arrived at my room 30 minites later with many phone call to the hotel. No.3. Hotel staffs were not professional and customer oriented. Check out was very stressful with a bad credit card network problem(sometimes the hotel networking is alive and dead. diffilcult to pay behind a schedule to go to the airport and flight time) The quality of Hyatt regency was worse than other Hyatt regency in other contries where I stayed in.

Harika bir otel, mukemmel bir personel grubu, lezzetli yemekler, kesinlikle tavsiye edilir, pisman olma ihtimaliniz sifir,zuhri beye ozellikle tesekkurler.

It was a great experience. It was my first time alone as a woman to Egypte. To be honest I didnt feel lonley in 6 days. The employees kept me entertained. The waiters and cooks were great. The room cleaner Mohammad was so kind and respectfull. THANKS TO ALL MOHAMMED'S and MAHMOED'S and HAMDY the cook. They were are so friendly and kind to me. DONT FEEL LIKE GOING HOME NOW. The only thing was the status of the rooms. The beds need some renovations. What I found pity was the gym and soa. I was quite disappointed that the gym was under construction and i was not informed before booking. Further, spa is not included. You can use it only if you pay for treatment. Even treatments are very limited. On the website they didn't mention that they have no indoor pool.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful and kind. Food was lovely and everything was very convenient.

I would stay here again and it will exceed your expectations. Excellent facilities with great staff were a plus.

Absolutely stunning, highly recommended 10/10 . Sameh was wonderful aswell as all the other staff.

Very beautiful hotel, good breakfast options and attentive staff

I booked this spot thinking it was a hotel and it was actually a resort so that was a pleasant surprise. The room I ended up with was absolutely beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I can’t recommend this spot enough for what the value is for your dollar.

I booked this resort for me and my mom for a week and it was one of the best holidays we've been to! The staff were brilliant, Mahmoud and Ali (lifeguards), Adam and Tamer (divers), Yousef from the lounge and Ahmed from housekeeping just to name a few. They were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The bathroom was a little old but we rarely spent time in our room so it didn't bother us at all. There was always something to do that we found we didn't have enough time in the day to do everything. We will definitely book another holiday at this resort with the rest of the family!

This resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely, felt really safe, the amenities were great. Snoring off the dock. A few different pools and direct beach access to the Red Sea. Hotels.ca states shuttle service included but didn’t state it was free for domestic flights and kind of pricey for international flights so that wasn’t ideal but overall great experience. The prices for the stay alone were reasonable.

Struttura nuova, molto bella e curata, servizio clienti ottimo ti accontentano a ogni tua richiesta. Pulizia del resort e camere impeccabile. Servizio di ristorazione ottimo ma non sempre ottimale ( alcune volte moncavano le posate e ci mettevano tempo a portale, anche l acqua molto volte e successo di non trovarla proprio nel ristorante). Nel complesso resort fantastico gli do un 9 su 10. Ci tornerò sicuramente :)

Bel hôtel dans l’ensemble, mais très bondée. Le personnel est gentil mais sans plus. Le buffet déjeuner est bon et diversifié. Le point fort est la mer, on peut voir des coraux et des poissons à quelques mètres de la plage.

Müthiş bir otel çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever

Fiyat/performans açısından çok tercih edilecek bir hotel olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Bu rakamlara çok daha iyi seviyede farklı yerler tercih edilebilir. Plajda yer bulamamak gibi saçma bir durum söz konusu. İstediğim saatte gidip plaja giremeyeceksem bir anlamı yok sanırım deniz tatilinin. Bu durum havuz içinde geçerli. 20 tane şezlong ile hotel yönetilmez. Plaja ya da havuzda bulunan şezlonglara havlu atıp boş yere gasp edenlere ses çıkarmamak yanlış bir durum. Kahvaltının vasat olduğunu düşünüyorum. 5 yıldızlı bir hotel için çok daha fazla alternatif olması gerekiyor. İçi boş hamur içi dışında hiç bir şey yoktu. Daha yaratıcı olmaları gerekiyor.
