You get what you pay for. Old building, dirty floors and walls. Staff were friendly and helpful though

A notre arrivé, ils ont eu des problèmes techniques (coupure d'eau importante), ce qui a perturbé leur organisation et les reservations des chambres. Je dois signaler que malgré les problèmes, ils sont resté professionnels et nous avons eu droits à des excuses à plusieurs reprises.

The view was incredible of course, beds were comfy. The shower was not hot, ever, and the floor dirty. Otherwise, the location was ideal distance wise, though in a strange area. But when in Egypt, be Egyptian. Staff was so nice and friendly.

Clean rooms, some things need to be renewed. The kettle in our room had rust at the bottom so having a hot drink was out of the question. The shower head was slightly rusty so obviously needs to be replaced. I would suggest that someone goes around and looks at each room and sees what needs replacing. But overall the room was comfortable, air con worked and hotel staff were very helpful and generous

Great view of the pyramids, was very short walk to entrance less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great and all the staff is very friendly

The view from the rooftop bar over the pyramids was great. The breakfast was far from inpressive. The staff was hello ful. The waiter at the rooftop bar was very push and not good at making calculations of the bill.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were so friendly and looked after us well.

This property has no air conditioning in the dining area because it’s on the roof directly to the SUN what is make it so hot, the stuff wasn’t professional and so young

Our stay at the pyramid hotel was incredibly lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us in every way they could. We are strictly vegetarian and we found that the breakfast that they included wasn’t suitable for us and we expressed this to the staff and they kindly created an alternative breakfast menu for us and were happy to accommodate that. Sammy especially was so kind to us and thought and treated us like family, making sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service and hospitality. Gabby (the hotel manager) was incredibly helpful with arranging our tour guide and the later quad biking trip. The staff at the front desk ( Ziyad) were willing to help us book private tours to the pyramids including a English speaking tour guide (Mohammed) who was incredible in the way he spoke about the pyramids history, telling us everything we need to know about the worlds wonder. He also helped us stay safe around the many people surrounding the pyramid area who haggle you to buy things from them, i would highly recommend that you take a tour guide as it helps enhance the experience. The hotel have many more they have listed including: (river Nile cruise, quad biking and khan al Khalili….). The rooms were beautiful and our room and main rooftop overlooked the pyramids giving us a breath taking view of the city and surrounding area. The hotel address that was provided for us didn’t directly take us to the hotel as the address wasn’t accurate, we found the hot
