Room was clean. Staff were very helpful. Omar arranged our tour guide and taxis which made it very easy.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. What stood out the most was their patience, they went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The hotel was acceptable. However, the staff was AWFUL. Without going into extensive detail, I strongly caution future guests about booking pickups, drop-offs, or sightseeing through Omar. We were relentlessly harassed by Omar and other staff members to the point that a friend who lives in Egypt advised us to call the police. Although we did not involve law enforcement, the situation became so frustrating that we forfeited the money we had paid and chose not to stay for the second night of our reservation. 飛行機の遅れ＆空港送迎予約タクシーの遅れが重なって深夜にチェックインとなりました。 Expediaを通して事前に連絡していたからかホテルの前でスタッフ？の方が待ってくれてました。 心地いい受け入れをしてくださったのですが、私服の方で電話をしながらと言う対応に違和感を持ってましたが、やはり翌日より色々と問題発生！！ ２日目、補充不足のバスタオル1枚とドリンキングウォーター2本頼んだら、バスタオル1枚とハンドタオル2枚が来て、依頼内容と違う事を伝えると何故かトイレットペーパーが2個来ました。ほぼコントです。 その後、1時間ほど待ってもウォーターが来ないのでフロントに行ったら１本2ドルと言い出して…。 挙げ句の果てには「当ホテルはルーズなので…」とのビックリコメント。 尚、別日もタオルの交換をお願いしたのですがやはり頼んだ枚数と違いました。 ウォーター補充も無し。 また、部屋はバルコニーからピラミッドが見える部屋の予約だったのに目の前にホテルの建造障害物があったので(仕切りの無い)隣の部屋のバルコニーに立ち入ってみることになりました。 あと、部屋には… ハンガー無し。 ドライヤー無し。 ちょうどロビーにいる時に髪が濡れた女性の方がドライヤーを借りに来られてました。 ティッシュペーパーも無し。 レストランにはティッシュペーパーあるのに部屋への配置はしないのが標準だそうでトイレットペーパーを余分に貰う形になりました。 あと、エアコンは温度設定がほぼ効かない。 結露？の水が噴き出してしまう事になってしまい私物が少し濡れてしまいました。 あと、バルコニー付きの部屋の直上にはレストランがあるのですが椅子を動かしたりする音が閉店？くらいまで響いてきて結構気になります。 いい点としては… 海外ホテルには珍しく使い捨てスリッパがありました。(4泊で一足だけでしたが) また、徒歩10分弱程度のとこにカルフールスーパーがあるので飲食物の買い物とお菓子類の少しのお土産はここでも買えると思います。 あり得ない事が多すぎでしたがお国柄として理解するしかないものなんでしょうかね？ 総合で考えると次は無いかなと思います。

I highly recommend this hotel. Amazingly beautiful views, comfortable rooms, strong internet, and a friendly staff that treats you like family. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and 24 hour room service. It’s a magical place to make memories in Giza and Cairo.

Todo o staff é muito educado e sempre disposto a ajudar. Omar, Aya e todo o time não medem esforços para conseguir motoristas, guias e tudo o que o hóspede precisar.

Uitstekend hotel. Het ontbijtbuffet kan ook genuttigd worden op het dakterras met uitzicht op de pyramides. Kamer is ruim en sanitair is goed.

Todo el personal es muy amable, la vista desde el restaurant y la alberca es maravillosa

Nous regrettons que le logement a été sale dès notre arrivée que le chauffe-eau faisait un bruit extraordinairement fort, nous empêchant de dormir, ainsi que la climatisation qui faisait que de se couper de se rallumer pendant la nuit, une chaleur étouffante, une pollution étouffante, les plats de la carte de l’espèce de Restaurant ne ressemblait absolument pas à ce qu’on avait dans l’assiette et le bruit, le bruit le bruit de la rue car il n’y a pas de double vitrage. Maintenant le personnel, même si il ne parlait pas français a réussi quand même à être agréable et à nous trouver des solutions lors de plusieurs problèmes. En effet, certaines excursions liées à expédia, on t’entraînait certainement des sous-traitance et dans ce type de pays, ce n’est pas évident quand on ne parle pas la langue

Chambre réservée : double with pool view Vue obstruée sur les pyramides, mais accès direct à la piscine et au rooftop, chambre spacieuse et au calme du trafic routier. Propre et moderne. Le staff est sympathique. Les environs de l'hôtel ne sont vraiment pas agréables : réserver un taxi ou un Uber pour chaque trajet.

Loved staying here. Great staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Loved my rooftop massage by the pool with Ammar. He even included electro-therapy for my sore muscles. Felt so much better after! He rocks!

La propiedad está limpia, el personal es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades, la vista en el desayuno está de ensueño.

Exelente servicio, el personal muy atento y confiable, el Hotel muy limpio, tiene sus propios uber que te trasladan alas ciudades de Giza y el Cairo.. El SR.OMAR muy amable y alpendiente de lo que ocupa el huesped. Recomendable el Hotel cien de cien. Saludos desde USA.

Het was inorde. De mensen waren zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was inorde maar miste wat gezondere opties, frietjes zijn niet zo gewenst in de ochtend. Kamers waren schoon. De laatste nacht hadden we veel overlast van een groep mensen die in de gangen bleven praten. Ik ben wakker geworden rond drie uur, vier uur en zes uur en heb ze telkens moeten vragen om stil te zijn.

What is the best experience I’ve had in my life and would love to go again. Such a nice Workers everybody was greeting me with a smile. The managers were really attentive to my needs highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Pyramid Yard Hotel! The location is amazing, right in front of the pyramids – waking up to such a view is truly unforgettable🤩. We were two travelers and we were especially touched by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff❤️‍🔥.The activities offered were very well organized and reasonably priced, which allowed us to make the most of our trip. A special thank you to Omar, the receptionist, who was helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating. Thanks to him and the whole team, we felt genuinely welcomed🙏. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to discover Egypt in a warm and authentic atmosphere🌞.

Fiquei hospedada no meu último dia na cidade e foi maravilhoso. Desde a chegada. Quarto bem organizado, restaurante com otimas opções de refeições para almoço/jantar e o cafe da manhã estava bem completo. A piscina tem vista para as pirâmides, o que deixa mais lindo. O único ponto negativo, mas que nao interferiu em nada, foi o ralo do banheiro entupir enquanto toma banho. Mas de resto foi tudo ótimo. Ah a localização fica num ponto ótimo, pois está próximo das pirâmides, porém nao está na mesma rua de entrada, entao fica bem mais tranquilo circular.

Terrible, terrible terrible experience worst I’ve ever had, and I have travelled so many countries around the world, and this was by far the worst. The owner and the staff will go out of their way to threaten and intimidate you to make you give them a good review. Do not be fooled. Do not book any excursions with them as they will get you trapped in and you will have to literally claw your way out of life to get out of the villages worst experience, worst accommodations. Worst trip we have ever had, which is sad because I really wanted to love this country and they made it their motive to make sure that I will never ever ever come back to Egypt again Cannot wait to get home! I will say that the young fellow who makes the coffee and the juice is probably the best but outside of that you will likely end up with food poisoning and will not enjoy your stay so if you do go here only stay one to two nights for the view And outside of that get out while you can. this is coming from two experience Canadian travellers do not book with them. Any excursions. Hope to God this helps.
