Does not exist could not find the place drove around for an hour send hundreds of messages no reply!!! Stay away useless hotel had to pay for another hotel costing me more money!!

Id like to say how good or bad the sphinx safari was but we never saw it. Our driver couldnt find it so called the hotel who gave directions. I said i didnt think it was right place. Driver asked them again and theyvsaid yes. I asked twice theyvsaid yes sphinx safari. We had booked a deluxe room for 3 ,me my husband and son. They wanted to split us up putting my son in room a bit away from us saying they were doing us a favour. No they werent as we had shared supplies so needed to be close. It took them until 2am from midnight to sort room next to each other. I confronted other man who wventually agreed it was not the sphinx but they own both and put us here instead. I complained to expedia at 3am got refund and moved out to an amazing hotel the next day. These people lied and scammed us into trying to stay somewhere less than we paid for. Pyramid view...all we got was a wall from next door property

A real authentic piece of Egypt. Good hotel good staff and the view is perfection. Hany, Abdul, Mohammed, Ali baba, Islam and all the rest are very helpful, polite and accommodating. Would recommend and will hopefully be back. Thank you guys for a memorable holiday.

nous n'avons pas eu d 'eau chaude pendant notre sejour malgre nos demandes aucunes propositions pour changer de chambre le nom de l'hotel n'est pas sphinx safari mais nefertiti incomprehension on a fait la demande de transfert a notre arrivée il n' y avait personne on a du se debrouiller pour aller a l' a l hotel et pour le depart il a fallu insister pour le transfert car ils ont oublie pas de papier toilette , on a reclame des serviettes de toilettes et le tuyau de douche defectueux avec des partie metalique coupantes bref hormis la vue qui est tres bien hotel tres moyen
