The rooms are very sub standard. For the price, this ought to be better. Instead, they're badly maintained, dirty and not worth quarter what I paid

The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit. The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again.

I had an amazing stay at Tanoak Hotel on June 30th, 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! A special thank you to Nour at the reception, who went above and beyond even before my arrival—making sure everything was arranged perfectly for my anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated and full of thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel truly special. Also, a big shoutout to Ahmed and Saeed from the reception team for their warm hospitality and extremely fast check-in and check-out process. They made everything so smooth and welcoming. From the restaurant, Amr provided excellent service and made each meal even more enjoyable. The food throughout the stay was very good, fresh, and satisfying. In general, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, the aesthetic of the hotel is stunning, and we truly enjoyed the pool and lagoon—both were clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a special atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful time at Tanoak Hotel in Ain Sokhna. The animation team was great full of energy and made our stay so fun. The food was delicious and thank you for chef Mostafa. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful (special thanks to Ahmed Abdelaziz in the reception and Nourhan in the customer relation). Also a special thanks for the pool life gaurd he was very alert with the kids and also very helpful. The hotel’s location, rooms, and facilities were great, and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Thank you, Tanoak Hotel I’ll definitely be back.

Nice property, Excellent staff, let down by type of clientele; hotel was mostly booked by an incentive or conference group...

The overall design of the hotel seems fancy however the staff front desk staff is unprofessional and didn't give much support. The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't the greatest also compared to the prices we paid.

Nothing to do around this hotel but go to the beach and the beach is terrible and doesn’t get much maintenance. The staff is nice and helpful. Pool area needs a good cleaning as well as the white sofas. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. Very outdated and needs attention. Shower pressure is low. Reception never answers the phone when called. Had to leave my room a few times just to talk to someone. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5. The food was good but it’s the same food everyday after that. The crows will definitely eat you food if you dont. But the lobby area and WiFi is good.

Amazing resort, beaches were stunning and good food options. Only downside is it is in the middle of nowhere, so you have to stay onsite at the resort (but we were aiming for an all inclusive relaxing holiday by the beach than a city break so it worked for us).
