The staff was incredibly friendly in answering all our questions, they came to pick us up at the airport and waited for us even if our flight was delayed 1 hr. The location of the property is perfect. Just like the photos. We walked to the Giza piramids the next morning after a lovely Egyptian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel

Very dirty room and furniture or appliances were broken. The place is very hard to find with dirty alley and stairs to get to the hotel.

Small and comfortable hotel. The staff was super kind and always ready to help. The hotel is 5 min from the pyramid and also close to the GEM. Quiet and amazing Pyramids view from the balcony. Hotel is clean and safe.

The view of the Pyramids was priceless! No problem with area around hotel. Staff was excellent and the manager was top notch. Overall experience was excellent.

No hot water when taking a shower and bathtub. Weak wifi. Tons of bugs. No cleaning for 4 day. Only View is good.

Klein maar fijn. Heel vriendelijk personeel behulpzaam locatie is ook goed rustig geen last van vervoer.. en we hebben mooie foto's kunnen maken van de balkon met uitzicht naar de pyramiden 😇👍.

Everyone was so helpful and kind, nothing was to much trouble. Amazing view of the Pyramids every day while eating your breakfast. Very clean room with extra spacious comfortable bed. Thank you Walit your staff are fabulous.

We wanted to try out a more typical and local hotel experience, that’s why we chose this place. The views from the room are wonderful! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. Overall cleanliness was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Condition of the hotel room itself was slightly deteriorated, the bathroom door couldn’t be shut properly because it didn’t fit in the doorframe. The elevator in the building was in a very unsafe condition-when we wanted to get out of it, it suddenly started moving towards another floor. But those things were not a big issue for us. What was a problem though was that it is incredibly noisy due to facing a main road and having no proper windows and no insulation and during the night, someone (supposedly from the hotel staff) was constantly walking up and down the hallway and moving around our entrance door which kept us awake and uncomfortable the whole night. For all of this, the hotel is pretty overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff made my solo stay very comfortable and felt like family

Only good part was it being close to the pyramids and loval market otherwsoe very hard to go on steps forst plus somehow google maps was bot shwoing propwr address to drivers

This inn is a hidden gem. I sat out every morning and ate breakfast with the Great Pyramid, Khufu, and the son’s pyramid, Khafre, in plain view, no obstructions. Anytime I wanted, there was the view of these two pyramids - except at night when it’s dark. The staff is warm and hospitable. I will return to Cairo and look forward to returning to this Inn too. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

Nothing good here except the view from the dining room, not confortable, this is a one star hotel not 3 nor 4
