Un hôtel somptueux dans un cadre moderne, luxueux, cosy et Chaleureux. Hôtel à la hauteur d’un 5* digne des plus grandes chaînes internationales, à savoir : Équipements neufs, service, restaurant en all inclusive avec des mets de qualité, plusieurs restaurants à la carte inclus. Une cuisine internationale pour tous les goûts avec beaucoup de choix. Des bars dans tout l hôtel, inside, outside, une pâtisserie pour le Tea Time, et un bar en rooftop pour l’apéritif et after dinner avec DJ ! Plusieurs piscines, ( dont adultes only à débordement et vue sur la mer) et suffisamment de transats pour tous. Plage avec snorkeling à proximité et de magnifiques poissons 😍. Chambre high level, spacieuse, Très moderne avec une literie de haute qualité. Chambre 30104 en plein centre, très bien située. Le spa est un excellent, jacuzzi, sauna , hamam et des masseuses professionnelles. Un service au petit soins quelque soit l’endroit dans l’hôtel ( Réception, Restaurant, piscine, plage, mini club) avec du personnel professionnel et courtois, quelque soit le statut. Un hôtel luxueux à un prix raisonnable. Je recommande vivement !!

the staff were always very attentive and engaging . specially the beach waiters in the heat loved the dj events and the vibe. the shows across the road at Taj Avenue were really good events,

A three star review for this hotel might seem to go against the grain, as the rooms were beautiful, the individual staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel spotlessly clean. However, I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel before our trip and never received a response, which I did not find to be acceptable. Our check in process was not very smooth and rushed and a couple of times we were shown to previously used tables only to be sat down and have them cleaned there and then with crumbs brushed off the table on to us. I don’t find those issues becoming of a 5 star hotel, hence, the mark down on my rating. The food in the individually booked restaurants was very good, but I found the buffet food not quite as good as I would have hoped. The food and staff at the beach restaurant were excellent, as was the team running the scuba diving centre. I did try to address my concerns while I was at the hotel, but felt like I received excuses rather than solutions. Maybe because of the size of the operation, the ability to look after an individual guest issue is lost somewhat, but my expectations for a 5 star hotel are to be wowed, not brushed off. I was promised by the manager that we would leave after our stay thinking it was a 7 star hotel. Unfortunately this was not the case and instead we left thinking we had significantly overpaid for what we were hoping was going was going to be a holiday of a lifetime experience in a 5 star setting.

Öncelikle büyük havuz tamamen tadilattaydı ve 5 gün boyunca kullanamadık. Bunun bilgisi verilmedi. O havuzun fotoğraflarını gördüğümüzde ikna olup alım yapmıştık. Bu hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bunun dışında çalışanlar hiç ingilizce bilmiyor. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar bile çok az konuşabiliyordu. Sorularımızın çoğuna cevap alamadık. Memnun kaldığımız çalışanlar tur satışı yapan arkadaşımız Tarek ve odalarımızda bize yardımıcı olan Hasandı. Özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Bunların dışında memnun kaldık.

We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. Parts of the resort are extremely loud and we had to move rooms after the first night due to excessive music volumes played late at night. Be wary of buffet food that appears to have been sitting out for some time, as this caused illness during our stay. Though Sandeep in the Indian restaurant cooked nice fresh, well made food. Later in the trip we also had no running water in our room for most of a day due to a broken pipe and had to move rooms again late in the evening. Service overall was inconsistent and often sub-par, especially at reception. That said, Islam at the front desk was excellent and very helpful when dealing with our room change. There were also some excellent staff in the restaurants/beach. Overall, while the grounds are beautiful, the room quality, maintenance and service fell well short of what we would expect from a luxury five-star resort. Hotel gave us some token gestures and asked us to sign a form to say we wouldn’t leave a negative review.

‏Every thing was perfect from stuff to the room and the food also was very delicious can’t fault it. Highly recommend it and we are definitely going back again in the future.

Personel ve imkanlar iyiydi

The staff at the posh club were outstanding. Very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food at Le Posh was excellent. We didn’t try the other restaurants on site. Special mention to Talal who was tasked with looking after us ☺️ The hotel is gorgeous and clean. We booked a swim up suite which had views of the sea.
