This property is very dated. There's only 1 restaurant and the food is not good. They need to fire the entire kitchen. The staff is very nice and accommodating which was a plus. The rooms are large but dated. The beds are very comfortable which was a plus. For the price I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location isnt near anything so you have to go El Tunco beach. El Tunco was the highlight of the trip, stay over there instead.

Over price and extra charges, breakfast is very limited, charge even for milk for the coffee, furniture in room very poor condition, drapery with holes, doors, tables damaged

Las instalaciones muy buenas, vista excelente y amabilidad de todo el personal. La caja fuerte de la habitación no servía, lo resolvieron dándonos la llave n lugar de desbloquearla con el código. Faltó crema entre las amenidades de la habitación, Lento el check-in y check-out. La comida buena. Falta una tiendita o algo de comida ya que no se encuentra nada después de las 9:00pm tampoco hay room service

Nice property, horrible service, average food, worst steak in the world. If you are expecting quality food, beverage, and customer service, skip this hotel. Problem is, there are not better alternatives in La Libertad area.

I booked a stay at Acantilados Hotel in El Salvador through Expedia, but when we arrived after a five-hour drive, we were told by the hotel that our reservation had not been recorded in their system. Despite showing our Expedia confirmation, the hotel said there was no room for us, and their only proposed solution was to send us to a low-quality two-star hotel next door—for the same price we had paid for a stay at a high-end property. This was not an acceptable solution for us. The staff tried to help by recommending another hotel, but that option also did not meet any reasonable standard. As it was already very late at night and we couldn’t find suitable accommodations, we had no choice but to drive all the way back home. This experience completely ruined our weekend plans. To make matters worse, days later, we still haven’t received a refund, nor have we received any meaningful support from Expedia to make this right. This situation was not our fault, and it’s unacceptable that a reservation made and confirmed through Expedia would not be honored at check-in. I urge Expedia to review its processes with hotel partners and to resolve this matter promptly.

A/C leaks into the room , floor in room is wet underneath. Very unsafe . shower tile very slick and unsafe

We wanted to relax and this was the perfect place. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very nice. It’s close to El Tunco and local dining.

Very nice property staff was great. Had a good time.

First impressions make a difference and this is why they need to spruce up their parking area. Also the front desk was not ready to receive me and they had to look around for someone to check us in. Aside from these hiccups the room was spacious and clean and the restaurant service was great.

La experiencia en general es mala …. Las habitaciones y amenities no está alineados al costo , toallas viejitas , habitaciones sin mantenimiento , amenidades Super ultra básicas , pero en general la atención del personal mala …. Los tiempos de atencioso brutalmente malos y la voluntad de atención a clientes muy mala , sin contar que me ante de llegar hicieron me canceló la reserva con un pésimos seguimiento inicial y también y ni que decir que fui a un evento su equipo de eventos muy malo … incluso la boda tuvo que terminar antes por fallos en la instalaciones (imagínense ) ojo soy viajero frecuente multidesrino y por. Lo que se paga simplemente no lo vale mala experiencia

This hotel was beautiful. The staff were amazing and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Breakfast was the only thing included but it was delicious. & the view is amazing

The beach pools were unique to swim in. I enjoy the ocean view i had from my room and the infinity pool was great! Love the pool service.
