The property address is incorrect which made finding it extremely difficult and the major complaint (and there are many) is that the place smelled like a sewer the stench of poop every day when we returned was unbearable and the door had to stay open...you could not use the stove or teapot without blowing a fuse and we got a shock trying to shut off a lamp because it had exposed wires! The water pressure was not great also which they did check for us but they couldn’t increase the pressure...I would NOT stay here again!

I arrived at the apartment around 18:00 (agreed time) and had to wait between 30-40 minutes for the night porter to finally arrive. I rang multiple times and was told he will be 15 minutes as he was printing off some paperwork. When he arrived he said he need to go check the room first, after 5 minutes he told me the room had not been cleaned, there were no clean towels and that they would need to call the cleaners . . . I booked the apartment the day before so they had a whole day to get it prepared even if previous occupants had left at checkout. Due to have a meeting at 19:30 I was hoping to get showered so I left without entering the apartment to find space in one of the many nice looking hotels around the corner from this apartment. No care for the customer and would highly discourage using this place, I'm still awaiting a refund!!

Fantastic location, quiet street in busy, lovely neighbourhood. Apartment was booked for 4 persons, but that is too many. There is not enough chairs, cutlery or linen for more than 2-3. No cleaning, emptying of trash or new towels for 5 days - even though we kindly asked for it. The shower is too hot to use and water pressure is close to zero. Maybe we did not get it, but we tried everything. It is hot, especially on the loft. You have to sleep with the door to the balcony open. The balcony is accessible from other apartments, but lovely.

I felt safe in the area. I was there with my 2 teenage children and was never worried for our safety. Underground was a 5 minute walk. Overall it was pretty quiet for being in the city. Good location for Green Park. The bus was also easy to use from this area. The apartment had a random sewer smell. We had to leave the bathroom fan on and door closed. No air conditioning so when we got home we would need to open the balcony door to cool off the place, but that happened quickly. The pull out crouch was not very comfy, but we were so tired from the days, it didn’t affect our sleep. I would stay here again.

Séjour formidable. Je recommande cet appartement à une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants car dans notre cas, nous avions 2 ados, et le studio nous a semblé étroit. Nous avons eu un souci avec les plaques électriques et Carly, notre super contact sur place, nous a trouvé un autre appartement à la même adresse. Elle était disponible à chacune de nos demandes, même le soir. De même pour son collègue Theo, le concierge. Par ailleurs, le quartier de Notting Hill est superbe, nous pouvions, à pied, visiter Londres car c'est un quartier en plein centre, tout en étant très calme, et avec une architecture typiquement british. Bref, je recommande!
