Lovely room - great use of space, beautiful comfortable bed with excellent bedding had brilliant night sleep. So much storage, excellent tea tray with everything you could require. Bathroom was really nice loved the shower and separate toilet, plenty of toiletries and towels. Breakfast at the pub next door was lovely with plenty of choice and being on the high street was close to all the amenities. Only very minor detail was the parking was a bit tight but small small detail. Will be back

The room was really lovely and great big copper bath. I have no complaints about the stay. Very comfy bed and pillows . We go back again . Very quirky place

Located dead center of Wombourne with parking this unusual hotel part of chain. The rooms follow a theme- ours was Jayne Austin with ships and lots of wood. Breakfast strangely 200 yards down the road at a hotel owned pub. Would go again even though room quite compact. Office closes at 5 pm for check in so if you arrive late have to go to the pub.

Very comfortable bed and a great shower.

We had a perfect stay at 1777 The Albion. Our room was beautifully decorated and when we arrived the radio was playing music of the period which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect for us. We had breakfast in the Olive branch which was very good. The staff were really friendly but the only negative was the service was very slow but we weren't in a hurry.

Always a lovely stay here.. Great room (room 4), lovely comfy bed, shower room is beautiful and spacious, plenty of tea, coffee and water too! Very easy, free parking in a beautiful location! We will be back!

There room was gorgeous. Such a shame we were in a great wave as it was incredibly hot!! Would be good to stay when it was cooler as it was so lovely. Highly recommend.

Breakfast wasn’t great my bacon sandwich was cremated! Orange juice was carton and warm.

There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark.

Our room was amazing location perfect staff polite & helpful unfortunately unable to use the car park as town centre was closed to traffic.

As a business traveller I won't be staying here again. No food available on site, breakfast or evening meal. It required a 5 mins walk around a couple of corners to a sister venue for evening meal and breakfast the following morning. Okay on a fine day, but not good in bad weather. as a business traveller it was a waste of time. No mention of this issue on the Hotels.com website listing, otherwise I would have passed it over. Bigger issue was no effective desk to use my laptop at, but worse still, absolutely no wifi signal anywhere within the confines of my room, room 4. Could only pick it up out in the courtyard, and as there was nowhere else in the building accessible where I could have sat (bar or restaurant) then I could not effectively complete any work (yet another waste of my time) Okay venue for accessing the centre of Wimborne on a social visit, but useless as a business traveller.

Our room was good but others in our party paid the same and were in very small and not so comfortable in rooms

Very well located great rooms well equipped and the staff were just amazing too. Truly recommend!

The stables were mocked up to be staterooms and the wee chandled to a high standard. The best sleep in days. Thank you

Lovely room, large very comfortable bed, coffee bags much better than instant coffee, more hotels should do this.

We stayed in Room 1 dog friendly room and it was delightful. Lovely theming and comfortable stay. The hotel location is perfect in the heart of the town. Would definitely sty her again.

Great place to rest worth the stay

Didn't use tge Olive for breakfast but plenty of cafes in vicinity just outside the door. Its a perfect location and a lovely town as well

Lots of Parking was available

The rooms are large and clean with a very old English look and feel amenities are very close. The beds are very comfortable soft but firm
