The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea,coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too.

Clean room and looked like the bathroom had been refurbished recently. Comfortable bed and Hotel was affordable in a great location. Breakfast consisted of juice and coffee/tea, cereals and a nice full English which sets you up for the day. I Would definitely stay here again if I return to Hastings.

Location is just in front of the see. The most impressive thing was very nice owner and receptionist. They helped us to meet my friend in Hastings, and it was very helpful. And the room was clean. I could see the beautiful sea in the morning.

It was an amazing experience. Checking was easy, the room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it made it easy to get around the beautiful town of Hastings. I would highly recommend.

Very clean and well organized hotel. The owners were friendly and easy to get along with. Adjusted my breakfast according to my likes. Never met or saw the daily cleaning lady but she was terrific; room was always made up and towels replaced when I was out.

The property is extremely tired. Being so much ran down, it is impossible to keep it clean, no matter how much the staff tries to.

Really central hotel to the halfway point between Hastings and Saint Leonard’s, very walkable and safe. Beautiful view of the beach and rooms were very comfortable front desk and housekeeping very accommodating.
