호텔직원이 불친절하고 무시함.객실에 샴푸도 없으며 이용하기에 불편함이 많이 따름 그냥 런던에 좀더 좋은 호텔이 많아 굳이 여기를 추천하고 싶지는 않음 완 전 별 로

Éramos 2 adultos y una niña. La habitacion muy bien, las camas cómodas y las sabanas limpias. Era en el piso que da a la calle pero no habia ningun ruido de la calle. Bien comunicada, al lado de la estación de paddinton. El desayuno sencillo, pero muy bien.lo recomiendo

Hotel muito bem localizado, mercados e restaurantes próximos, facilidade de transporte público, próximo a uma das principais estações Paddington. O nosso quarto tinha o tamanho ideal pro casal, com tomadas, aquecedor, e iluminação. O banheiro tinha ate aquecedor e de um tamanho muito bom. O cafe da manha foi uma agradável surpresa, tinha pães, frios, café, chocolate, leite e ovos. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Ah.... o elevador foi uma agradável supresa

Hôtel correct et abordable, idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Londres. Le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner manque de variété, mais cela reste compréhensible compte tenu du tarif.

Great hotel near Paddington. Nice and clean room. Was cold night in London but room was very warm. Comfy bed and nice clean ensuite. Wifi was not good, unable to connect in my room. Definitely would stay again.

L'homme a l'accueil était très peu accueillant. La chambre était dans un état pitoyable. De toute évidence elle n'avait pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée. Il y avait de la moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain et sur le carrelage. Le pommeau de douche était sale donc impossible de prendre une douche. On notera également la présence de plusieurs taches jaunes sur les draps et les coussins. Enfin les lumières au dessus de chaque lit remplies de poussière. Pour couronner le tout la fenêtre ne se fermait pas complètement et nous avons donc du dormir, du moins essayer de dormir, avec le vent frais qui entrait dans la chambre ainsi que les voix des passants. Enfin, aucune diversité dans le petit-déjeuner avec seulement du pain, du cheddar fluorescent et une sorte de céréales. Je vous déconseille donc fortement cet hôtel pour le prix exorbitant de la nuit comparé à la qualité du service et la propreté des chambres. Le seul point positif a en tirer serait la proximité de la gare de Paddington. Mais honnêtement il vaut mieux loger plus loin et prendre le métro qui, j'en suis sûr, sera plus propre que les chambres de cet hôtel.

Billig enhed var fantastisk. Men værelset var beskidt og muggent. Bussemænd på væggen ved hovedpuden. Beskidte fingre el make up på væggene. Muggent vindue ud til. Det kunne ikke lukkes. Døren kunne ikke låses inde fra. Badeværelset var total muggent og gamle hår i vasken. Sæbedispensere helt klistrede.

Una habitación amplia, comoda, con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche agradable. Un baño nuevo con su champu. El desayuno muy correcto para salir con energia a explorar Londres. Todos los trabajadores muy agradables. Cosas a tener en cuenta que no me acabo de gustar y es que nuestra habitacion estaba fuera de recepción (tenias que salir a la calle y entrar en otro edificio) pero nada grave!! Y otra cosa es que las maletas se quedan en recepción a la vista de todos. La verdad es que solo llevábamos ropa, nada de valor. Pero no te da mucho seguridad. Por lo demas me gusto mucho y supero mis expectativas! Repetiré sin duda!

The room I had was ample for what I needed as a Single Lady. My Room was well aired but you could put the heater on if you wanted to,you have to put your room card into a Slot & keep it in there for all the lights to stay on & function which I thought was so easy & nice,easy access to rooms with a room card that you press onto the Handle & it straight away opens for you,none of this putting the card into a Slot & sometimes waiting for it to open. I felt the Hotel was very clean in fact spotless,breakfast was Continental but plenty on offer like cereals,slices of Ham,Cheese & Chicken & croissants & boiled eggs plus yogurts so more than enough breakfast to start your day. I know some people may like a full English breakfast but it was lovely & enough for me. Staff very Friendly & helpful to me,I only have good things to say about the Alexandra Hotel & I fully recommend this Hotel if you are going on a short business trip or flying Solo like me to visit London as I saw Rick Astley's Swinging Christmas show at the Royal Albert Hall. This Hotel is very handy for Paddington Station,& also very close to Hyde Park & the other Parks & I would definitely stay at this Hotel again as very warm & a very cosy atmosphere. I loved the Hotel.

Pænt og rent enkelt hotel. Det havde hvad man skulle bruge og lå centralt. God kundeservice.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were very clean and warm. We have stayed at the Alexandra before and will stay there again, really good value.

El hotel esta muy bien por el tema de ubicación, personal y tal lo único las habitaciones que están abajo se huele por la zona a desagüe
