Room was clean, was asked to pay £10 for parking and a fur

Hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff. Beach on your doorstep and eateries all close

We last minute booked on hotel.com due to another b&b letting us down. We arrived 5 minutes after we booked. The room understandably wasn't ready so we waited. The woman who saw us in was polite and rushed to get our room ready. Although on the booking the room was described as 'Luxury' double room. I wouldn't describe luxury as being shown to our room while all the previous nights rubbish, linnen and cleaning things were still outside our room and being told to 'ignore this'. This was quite off putting, we would have been happier to wait longer for our room to be ready and that be cleared away. The room itself was modern and comfy. The room does have blinds which makes the room feel like there isn't much privacy. Curtains would make it feel more private and comforting. The hotel was very quiet which made our stay enjoyable. The TV unfortunately had scratches all over and only had 2 channels working. Like I say, I wouldn't describe it as a Luxury room as it was a pretty standard stay. The hosts were polite, the hotel was quiet and it did have everything you would need. Considering we booked very last minute and the room was cleaned from the night before in 10 minutes before we got the keys it was clean.

Shower area needs addressing as looks dirty with mould in all the grout and sealant, did not want to shower so waited until I got home. The beds were nice and clean and were comfy, was fine for a 1 night stay.

The room was ok, clean and tidy. The problem was all the charges, £10 fee to check in after 5pm which is a con as who can check in before 5pm on a weekday after work? Next was the parking, charged £10 for a little tight spot next to the hotel and was blocked in, she promised the car in front would be moved by 8am the following day but all she did was wake a guy up at 7:55 who had been out drinking and got in at 3am so he wasn’t best pleased!

Very weloming and very clean all you want on an overnight stay!

I would say this hotel is quite new refurbished. Nearly all facilities are 90% new. The hot water flow is big and well serviced. I took a room on the 2nd floor - the highest floor. The bedding sheets stuff are clean. And the room is spacious for 3-4 members family.

Absolutely horrific got to room and tv didn’t work and room was dirty so cleaner who barley spoke English said wait 30 minutes I give you different room we ended up waiting nearly 50 then we got to room and door didn’t lock from inside or outside which is unsafe and yet again tv didn’t work so we told her and she said ok wait 10 more minutes and I’ll move you again and the room we got put in door lock barley worked room was freezing and btw non of the rooms had blinds so everyone could see in felt so uncomfortable when I tried to contact the owner he didnt reply number was fake so spoke to cleaner again and managed to speak to owner and he was so rude never Been spoken to like that before horrific Non of the TVs work apart from one and it was so old no Netflix or anything horrible stay

This is a very bassssic hotel and I use this word loosely. More like a hostel. Basic room not even a curtain to go over the window. No parking on site other than parking on the side of the hotel which he charges £10 extra, we had to park first as there was another car parking here also which we found out at 8am when we tried to leave wasn't even staying at the hotel and we had to wake up all the guest till we found somebody who could call the owner to move it ...wasn't expecting that. Mattress is so thin you hit the divan when you lie on it. One night here was enough!

Not a bad place to stay apart from trying to be charged £10 CASH for being a bit late for check in then trying to be charged £10 CASH for parking when you can park for free on the road outside until 9am.

Poor mattress very sunk in with dips and dirty window cill but staff lovely

very friendly excellent service arranged for me to park in the garage.Room very clean bed comfortable close to all amenities highly recommended

Really friendly and helpful customer service. The room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Also paid extra for off road parking, just make sure you ask beforehand.
