Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.) Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig! Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.) De lift werkt met een pas. Al met al een goede accomodatie dichtbij het centrum van Birmingham.

A great budget hotel in close proximity to the city centre. The staff were very helpful and attended to all of our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a short stay. Good leisure facilities also.

Needed a city centre hotel for a night out in Brum. This was perfect. Booked a twin room for me and my mate. The only thing I would say was that they hadn't put enough towels in for us but that is a minor gripe. The room was lovely, bar was great and had a brill atmosphere to start the night off. It is walking distance to everything, although we jumped in a taxi. No complaints at all. We got back at about 3am and arrived back at the same time as our neighbours who were a bit louder than us, so we were worried they would keep us awake. But the rooms are very soundproof and we heard nothing, or they passed straight out (which I doubt).

Very nice hotel easy walking distance from the centre. Excellent breakfast. Only issue was that room was quite cool with temperature -5 outside. But thermostat in the room can’t be adjusted by a guest

We didnt have any heating in our room but when we told the reception staff they changed us to another bedroom, however the tv didnt work in that one but we werent bothered about that. We did tell the staff about it in the morning who said they were letting maintenance know about it. All the staff were lovely.
