Amenities poor room esp beds ,

I can say it is cheating customer simply. I booked a expensive family room for 1 night, but when I reached to hotel they said no rooms available and he said it's mistake from hotels.com website do not to accept bookings. I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi and 2miles away from beach. No other ways for me as heavy rains and we r 2 families with 2 small kids and it's horrible location and very bad smell. Felt very worst and no advise/comments from owner except sorry words. Almost half day has gone with room issues and we not able to enjoy pleasure beach trip.. pls avoid booking this hotel even if they for free as our health is important than anything else. We suffered a lot thought of complaining with consumer complaints. Pls suggest the process. Shown online one place which is near to beach but will accommodate in 2 miles away as they want to run the business. Felt worst .

We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room.
