I spent two nights hear so saw lots of different staff and they was all amazing.
I had the single room which is probably only a few inches off been a double, so great. I had two evening meals which were both fantastic and also fantastic value for money. But the breakfast is the show stopper for me. If you like a full English you will love this hotel

Excellent place to stay. Room was really lovely, and large (also had bath and shower, not just one of them) It was very cold when we got there, but as soon as we asked, the heating was put on without question.Service was really good, and we were well loooked after. Nice location for Ashbourne, Bakewell etc.

Excellent place to stay. Room was really lovely, and large (also had bath and shower, not just one of them) It was very cold when we got there, but as soon as we asked, the heating was put on without question.Service was really good, and we were well loooked after. Nice location for Ashbourne, Bakewell etc.

Compact room, bed not very comfortable, shower screen leaked, but saying that, shower was good, didn't hear any traffic noise through the night, staff were helpful & friendly, good bar & food, ideal stop for one night for the price, as it included breakfast.

We stayed for one night after a family party. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure that we had an earlier than usual breakfast, as we had to leave very early. The effort they went to was exceptional.

A really nice place for an overnight stay near Ashbourne, where a hearty breakfast will set you up for the day. Good food, good drinks and good staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
