It was convinient location near that airport. At 7 AM, after the breakfast, I was able to take a bus 100m away from the hotel, as a result, I arrived at the airport 7:40 PM

Nobody wants to be unwell when they’re away, but there’s little better test of a hotel’s quality of service. The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience. Highly recommend.

Heating issues very cold and in room heating did not work

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Bed bug in room and the rooms are completely filthy Defo a nononon

Decent place to stay for the price i paid. Friendly staff, decent food! Outdated rooms however and fairly cold even though the temp was set to high. Still overall, not a bad place to stay and dine.

Very convenient the hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly absolutely loved it right next to the bus stop

Location wise OK close to the airport, no free shuttle service , get the regular bus from Terminal 2/3 as they offer you a much more expensive hotel shuttle. Room clean but have never seen a hotel that outdated

Very useful stopover for Purple Patking drop off for Heathrow. Perfect stop after a long flight before a long drive. Excellent staff. £15 for overnight parking. Our bathroom door was warped and didn’t close properly but other than that all was good. Breakfast starts at 6.30am too and was plentiful and included

Barely any hot water, 2 cm of light under the entrance door, no wonder the noise and thermal insulation was pretty bad. Bathroom would require to be refreshed...

Perfect for an early flight from Heathrow. Bus stop right across the road and busses run from early hours

The rooms are clean but they are old. Definitely need an update, no usb ports or at least in my room. Just an alarm clock that had some so bring a travel plug. Can’t complain, place was quiet, clean and staff were all super nice.

Bsthroom tiles were very dirty. Looked liked splashed with black water, so hadnt been cleaned. Other areas in bathroom also unclean. Only stayed overnight no other issues except reception staff told me wrong information on how to get to certain terminal at Heathrow so stood and waited a wring bus stop

Stayed for work purposes, unfortunately my colleagues van was broken into overnight and all his tools stolen must have been there ages with a vehicle.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and responsive. I will recommend that they expand to more vegan options at their restaurant.

Is good hotel for money. Lots of regular buses outside hotel for Heathrow central ,maybe 15 minutes journey and cheap . Only downside was breakfast : sad ,limited ,lukewarm and not really worth the money .but help your self coffee machine was good . McDonald's 5 minutes walk

I had a very long journey in the booking it said shuttle service There was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE.i had to catch a public bus and walk for miles to get to the bus. I had to pay extra for the bus. Then the bus gave no information as to where the hotel was I had to get off and walk almost a mile back to the hotel in the dark in London alone. 51yr old woman I did not feel safe at all. The room was basic but in desperate need of renovation. Cracked tiles in the bathroom.tbe room was freezing cold. Even under the covers. Breakfast was ok the food had obviously been sitting out for a very long time.the hot food was not hot at all cold, bacon and sausages severely over cooked.Not value for money at all.
