Was a fantastic break went there for a day and stayed there a week.
Such great staff and truly helpful
Nothing was to much for them!
Place was so clean and tidy and not even a single noise at all.
I could see the car from my bedroom window and knew it was safe.
Never had any food so can’t comment on that but it smelled good 👍
Also 2 minutes from the town centre. Totally recommend it and I will be returning there very soon enjoy your break uall xx

Hotel has a very spacious car park and close to the city centre. Inside it was very grand with beautiful furnishings. The reception and check-in were extremely friendly and helpful….thank you Carly. Some of the bedrooms have had a major make over and we had one of these. Ginormous comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom. We also had an accessible room at the back of the hotel that meant no steps for my mother, which was a real bonus. The bar was wonderful and luxurious. Breakfast had a huge range from croissants, toast, yoghurts, fruit, cereal and of course an excellent hot breakfast. If you are visiting Birmingham centre you couldn’t ask for a better hotel.

호텔객실이 여러종류가 있는듯 한데 우리는 올드한것과 신건물객실에 2박씩 묵었는데 올드한 객실의 욕실은 5성급 호텔 못지 않게 멋지고 깔끔해서 좋았다.
객실크기도 넓고 가구는 조금 낡았지만 나름 운치있고 좋았다.영국식 조식도 괜찮았고 서비스도 좋았다.
신건물은 so so.

This hotel is well located for central Birmingham without being in the city centre. It is close to the tram line into Grand Central Station or just a short taxi ride. It is also close to Edgbaston. The building itself is quite historic and full of character. Because of this it doesn't feature all the amenities that one would expect of a newer hotel. However the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location for Birmingham City centre (two minute walk to local tram stop) with out the expense of the large chain hotel groups, easy parking at an affordable rate, pleasant and efficient staff , well appointed room with good amenities. Choice of a well stocked bar serving drinks and food or hotel restaurant serving evening food and breakfast, whilst some parts are a little dated or tired the hotel is very comfortable and welcoming for a couple of nights stay.

Few staff members but the ones there were were amazing, hardworking, wanted to please , polite and helpful. Nice bar area . Good size rooms with table and chairs. Lovely comfortable bed . Left my coat in the lounge and it was safely put away until I remembered. Good breakfast. Great location.

Hotel has seen better days, old original part looks lovely, but the Newest part of building (bedrooms furthest away from Road) a bit dated and in need of renovation. Old furniture which was chipped and dated, old carpets. However our bed was comfortable and hotel was fine for one night stay. Good value for money.

Place stinks of swaety BO in lots of areas including the bar/restaurant.
Stood waiting at the bar to order food for a good 10 mins before going out to a takeaway. As i was leaving reception guy offered to serve me but swerved it at that point.
I'm guessing its in a spiral of no customers because of poor service/no staff. No staff/poor service as there are not many customers.
Rooms are fine and it was cheap but wouldn't stay again

The Edgbaston Village tram station was super close by, which was handy for getting in and out of the city. The hotel felt safe, quiet, and clean. The staff were warm and friendly. My bed was very comfy, water in the shower was hot (not great pressure though). I had a lovely view out of my large window, and was fortunate to have three sunny days.
