The plumbing is awful! Staff lovely but the place needs an upgrade! Over bath shower with little pressure and little temp control. The cold tap was warm or hot! Yes I tried running it for 10 mins to let the mains water come through, but no! Nice enough place but plumbing is 20 years out of date!

We only stayed for one night but it was really nice from the moment we walked in,
With a helpful receptionist
The room was a great size and bathroom was as well, very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was nice with good selection of hot and cold items. We used the swimming pool and the water was nice and warm and a nice padded floor in the pool and good shallow end for little ones, and also towels were provided by the reception of the pool area.

Bedroom a bit stark, decor rather tired and curtains dangling off windows. All someone needed to do was hook the curtains back onto the rail properly.
We had requested room near a lift because of my husband's limited mobility. We were told by reception it was on the 3rd floor near the lift. Our room turned out to be on the 2nd floor furthest from the lift!

This is a slightly old fashioned hotel. Nothing to really complain about, just that it could do with some modernising. Cleaning was OK and staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is good - short walk to town and sea front. Also has EV charging.

Quite expensive for a sunday night stay our room was very dated felt like i was in someones bedroom, the bathroom was very nice and modern new, clean but when you step into the bedroom its a bit disappointing
