Very average ..it was very difficult to communicate with the caretaker ..

Brilliant apartment we stopped in and very close to centre

We stayed at this property on the weekend of the 17-19th Nov 2023. The property is in a terrible area with roads closed and dark streets. The railway line is outside the window and unless you are a train spotter you will be disturbed by the very frequent passing trains. The amenities in the property are not as described. There were no toiletries and we had to go out and buy some. There wasn't enough toilet roll and the toilet seat was very loose. There was only one cup and worst of all the shower was scolding hot and very dangerous. The bathroom needs attention and there was dust everywhere.

Absolutely disgusting place. We refused to stay there and had to buy another hotel room for the weekend. Communication was horrendous and they have refused any refund. The bedding and towels were stained, the windows were broken, the curtain pole was hanging off the wall, shower had mould in it, toilet seat hanging off and I could go on! The front main door didn’t even close so the security was next to none! I would never recommend this place in a million years. If you have booked, cancel now and go elsewhere. Don’t even entertain it! The worst place I have ever booked!

The studio had definitely been cleaned but common sense went out the window eg two people staying so two mugs, two bowls instead of just one should have been made available and no plug socket by bed for lamp! Stained (but clean) duvet covers should be replaced. Repairs are falling behind eg curtain rail falling off wall, bathroom floor tiles cracked and raised up to injure easily, loo seat not fixed in place, shower head holder broken, shower door broken.

10 minute walk to bull ring, property clean and tidy, went for finals day so was never in the property just to sleep, but cudnt fault it. Thank u

Booked this accomodation for pride weekend. Positives: spacious,clwan, comforrable. Kitchen space including fridge. Parking spaces. Had problems with the lock working on door this was resolved quickly with the lock being changed. Negatives. Location is good but didnt feel safe at night. Building work going on during our stay. Minor niggles. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Shower worked well but doors need changing. Overall would stay again

I didn't like the location of the area, I just didn't feel safe walking at night, just thought someone might just come out of anywhere. Had to buy my own tea bags, coffee and sugar I could clearly hear the people next door and the trains that passed by. Constantly fixed the bathroom door as it moved out of position The place itself was clean. Communication was ok and yes I would go back there but will try to do my errants during the day😀

The management team of this hotel is terrible. They will double charge you. One on the moment you make the booking, and the other one on your arrival day. When you contact them, they will imediately deny, telling you some self-controdictory excuses. When you provide all evidence suggesting the double charge, they just ignore your email. When you call them telling them because they kept quite, you cannot do anything but report to the police. They will immediately email you back (within 1 min） saying I am sorry but we found we have double charged you. What a hotel!

The description of this apartment is extremely misleading, and the single ten-star review is clearly fake. The apartment is so unlivable, that we had to flee it without compensation or refund from the owners. The apartment is in an industrial-style building right under the railroad tracks, meaning that the bedroom is shaking every 30 seconds from passing trains. The area is an industrial wasteland, with empty buildings with smashed windows and major construction going on nearby leading to heavy traffic at early hours. The interior is clearly unfit for human habitation, with parts falling off the wall, big gaps between window and wall, and a general unsanitary condition of the whole place. There was also dirty items left everywhere, and stains on the carpets and all flat surfaces. We soldiered on for the first night, but the second day we found that the toilet was leaking dirty water onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom! We alerted the management and said we wanted to move it. They refused to give us any refund but said they would fix the toilet and re-clean the apartment. They did not. As we came back, the toilet was still blocked and flooding over the floor, and the only way to stop it coming into the bedroom was to build a barrier of towels. That's when we gave up and alerted Hotels.com. They talked to the owners who still refused to give any refunds, but fortunately Hotels.com graciously helped us find a new hotel and we could leave this disaster area.

Great place. Large apartment. Close to the City center and trainstation. Parking spaces free but a bit small and narrow drive in. But over all a great place. 2 toilets, 1 bath, 1 Big kitchen and bedroom
