Bloc Hotel London Gatwick Airport

south terminal에 도착한 후, 공항 외부로 나가지 않고, 공항 내 이동을 통해 호텔에 도착할 수 있었다. 좁다는 후기가 많아서 걱정했지만, 캐리어 2개 펼치고 딱 사람 지날 수 있는 정도였어서 문제없이 이용할 수 있었다. 창문에 블라인드가 쳐져있어서 푹 잘 수 있었고, 옆방 소음도 전혀 들리지 않았다. 와이파이 로그인해서 연결하면 큰 불편없이 사용할 수 있었다.

Perfect for an overnight for an early flight. Location is perfect, walk straight out into the airport and can get to bag drop within a minute or two. We had the smallest windowless room which was plenty big enough for two with a large suitcase, could even open it up on the floor. Bed was very comfy and big enough. Bathroom was decent size but only issue was the floor didn’t seem to be sloped enough for the shower water to drain as it was a wet room so it seemed like it would flood. Discounts for a couple of restaurants before security was nice for dinner the night before flight. Free hot drink machine a couple of doors down also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again for an early flight.

In a 10 day trip, this was definitely the smallest room we stayed in and also surprisingly the most relaxing and comfortable. We were thrown off by the shower and toilet being in the same space, but the rainfall shower was wonderful and everything was so clean. The bed was by far the most comfortable and the room was soundproof.
