The room was a generous size with a lovely balcony. The bed comfy though my pillow very hard and lumpy. Easily changed. Fantastic bath. Friendly staff.

Basic room, good for a nights kip. Smells good, clean carpet and comfortable bed. Bathroom could do with a makeover and some scuffs on the walls but for the price its very good. Parking easy and secure. Food was brilliant and nice pint. Staff friendly.

Parking was very good, big room.. excellent value for money.

Unfortunately we over slept which I take full responsibility of being our fault but a member of staff came and knocked at the door and was very aggressive which I found very very threatening, and caused me to have a panic attack as soon as I opened my eyes.

Was disappointed with this hotel.. the room was totally fine, lots of hot water but WiFi didn't work unless you stood outside in corridor which was no good for my job and when we arrived just after 7pm the restaurant was closed and also wasn't open the following morning for breakfast

Room was spotless staff was friendly and welcoming good customer service .food was great and reasonable price. Quiet night sleep.reccomend this hotel will return again.

Value for money having paid £85 for two rooms on a Saturday night. The rooms were large. Check in was fine, but in a separate building away from the hotel. However, Boston West does not offer breakfast even though advertised online.

We stopped here for one night as a stop off before travelling again the next day. Room was clean and tidy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was spot on. I should have done my research before going as if I knew there was crazy golf there aswell I would have checked in before I did so we could have a game of crazy golf. We would defo stop again.

The room was a little spartan but it was very clean and had every thing one needs, ie iron, kettle, tv etc and everything worked. Best of all the bed sheets were crisp and the bed was super comfortable. The bar was nice. The food was typical pub food, nothing to exsiting but ok. The location is nice. Super value.

It was a great location and room with quality service. I will definitely go back there again

There was no balcony and no breakfast available for the 2 days we were there room needs renovating. Hair dry was broke towels were kids size and the beds were different sizes when put together. So very poor all round would not be going again

Nice room as always, parking right out side. Easy access has lift.

The room was a luxe double room. looked very neglected,cold only 1 chair at the desk the bed was very uncomfortable and hard I kept feeling the buttons on the mattress. The bathroom needed a deep clean as did the room. I tried to complain but the reception was closed, there was an out of hours but I didn't have a pen to take the number down. I had the impression it'll for 1night they won't be here again. Wrong I will be coming to Boston every weeks for the next 12 to 18 months I decided after reading the reviews they obviously didn't stay in room .I will be coming to Boston every 2 weeks for the next 12 to 18 months but not there.😒

Bathroom in room 15 smells very musty
