7시 30분경에 체크인하러 갔는데 호텔 직원이 아무도 없어서 30분정도 헤맸음(나중에 알고보니 호텔 정문 게이트에 손님이름고 키를 걸어두고 다들 퇴근해서 황당했음) 룸은 이층형태로 침구도 좋았고 난방시설도 괜찮았음 조식도 그럭저럭 좋았음 차를 가지고 오는 분들은 반드시 해지기전에 도착할 것을 권고함(초행길에 저녁에 호텔을 찾다보니 주변에 산이어서 어두컴컴하고 도로상태도 좋지못해서 애를 먹었음)

너무 좋았어요:))) 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 가깝고 펍이 있는곳이 아니라 시끄럽지도 않고 주차공간도 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 조금 아쉬운점이라면 난방기가 되지않아 잘때 약간 춥다는것과 옆방의 방음은 잘 되어있지않아서 들린다는점 입니다 하지만 조식도 잘나오고 편안한숙소라 대부분 만족합니다

Cots wolds의 중심에 있어서, 런던으로부터 가는길에 Oxford와 남쪽으로 Bath와 Stonehenge까지, 그리고 북쪽으로 셰익스피어 생가인 Straford-upon-Avon까지 여행 그리고 런던으로 돌아오는길에 쑈핑몰까지 있어 아주 좋은 위치에 있어서 좋았습니다. 단지, 시골이어서, 밤에 할 것이 없다는..음식은 별로였음. Wi-fi도 홍보와는 달리, 객실에서 안되서, hot-spot으로 이용했음. 전체족으로, 위치와 환경은 매우 좋음. 그러나, 시설과 음식은 평균이하임.

Overpriced for what it is but ok.

Very comfortable room with good amount of wardrobe and drawer space. The shower needs some attention. It’s either uncomfortably hot (in December) or loses most of its pressure. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. A couple of minor improvements would be orange juice and coffee, not a choice between, and perhaps some jam or marmalade with the toast. But the poached eggs were delicious. When we chose Broadlands for our two night stay the deciding factor was the parking, which was excellent at this time of year. Might be different in the summer! The restaurant reccommendations were useful. We had two good meals at the Dial House and the Mousetrap. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

We received a wonderful warm welcome, check in was smooth and the accommodation was lovely. Breakfast service was prompt, the accommodation was warm. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area a few blocks from the hubbub of the village centre.

Stayed for a couple of nights, unfortunately broke down getting there, car was lifted to the hotel. No one around when we got there 9pm but note with key at reception. Room was small but adequate. We were given an upgraded breakfast for free which was very nice of the hosts. Hotel is in the heart of all the sights. Had trouble arrangeing getti g car fixed and again hosts were very nice and permitted it to be left when there was no prospect of the car getting fixed any time soon. Car has now been removed 6 days later, Thank you very much for not adding to our problems. Its not until you have a problem that you can properly evaluate the service you receive and we cant fault it. Would have no problem going back in the future.

Incredibly friendly staff, both front of house and breakfast service team. Location was perfect, the included car park was worth its weight in gold and lovely breakfast

We had a small problem with hot water, but otherwise very good. Nice breakfast and cheap upgrade for full English.

We had a beautiful one night stay. Room was spacious and clean. We were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning after a warm day, but with the fan supplied in the room and a window cracked we had no issues with sleeping. Thanks to the team two great recommendations - The Willow restaurant for dinner and a visit to nearby Warwick Castle

A lovely hotel run by nice people. The service was excellent and the hotel clean. Room 12 is very large with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. The ceiling is a bit low, so if you are taller than about 6’2” choose another room.

Definitely recommend this place - we had the cutest room, large comfy bed, quiet, parking. Only a few hundred metres walk to the main part of a gorgeous town. And lovely hosts. Outstanding.

We had a lovely stay, the owners were very friendly and accomodating. Changed us to a more height friendly room which was greatly appreciated. Very delicious breakfast included with excellent service!
